1、上高速前检查车况
上高速前先检查一下整体车况，包括各种油液、电池及车灯、刹车等，重点检查轮胎状况和胎压，轮胎存在裂纹或鼓包等会有爆胎风险。
2、安全车距
上高速行车要时刻注意车速，保持好安全车距。高速公路都按照路况设置了不同的限速标准，车速越高，速差就越大，一旦发生危险会难以控制，所以司机朋友们不要超速驾驶。
3、不要跟车
很多司机上高速喜欢跟着前车行驶，这种行为是不可取的。因为前车的车速在不断变化，而且也不好说会不会突然出点什么状况，所以还是应按照自己的节奏开车。
4、让速不让道
碰到硬要插队、紧急超车的这种情况，宁可紧急减速也不要轻易变道，高速公路上的车速，稍微蹭一下，那后果也是非常让人心惊的。
5、看后视镜
高速公路车速较快，一定要把视线放远一些，既要观察前面车辆行驶情况，又要掌握身后车流信息，同时利用好左右后视镜以及中央后视镜，提早做出预警判断。不要只看一面后视镜。无论变道还是调头，都应该快速回一下头，观察一下左边有没有车。
6、谨慎超车
高速公路上行驶的车辆车速都很快，超车前一定要仔细观察前后车况，确认安全后再超车。还要留意被超车辆的走向，以防超车时发生碰撞。
7、每条车道的车速不一样
虽然高速公路的最高限速为120km/h，但每条车道限速是不一样的，行车时应该以该车道限速标志标明的车速为准。
8、雨天减速开车灯
雨天路滑，轮胎的抓地力下降，紧急制动的效果会比平时差很多，因此雨天行车要减慢车速，以防轮胎打滑。还要记得开启车灯，让别人更容易发现你。
9、进入隧道要开近光灯
进入隧道不仅要限速，而且还要开启车灯，只能开启近光灯，不仅仅是为了照明，而是让其他车辆能看清你的车。
10、从匝道进入行车道注意观察和提速
从匝道进入高速行车道时，要提前打左转向灯，并注意观察后视镜，留意后方车辆动态，确认安全后再并入行车道，然后提速行驶。
11、注意大车
当我们在高速公路上遇到大货车时，尽量离它们远一些，千万不要与它们并排行驶或跟随，以防被大货车上掉落的异物砸中。也不要借用大货车的爬坡道进行超车。
12、爆胎别慌张
爆胎当然是小概率事件，如果不幸发生在你身上，记住小墨教你的口诀：“一踩二握三打灯”。一踩刹车不是急刹车而是要点刹，不断点踩刹车使车速降低；二握紧方向盘控制好方向；三打转向灯，停在紧急停车道。
记住：在高速上应急车道换轮胎时，一定要摆放三角架，而且要摆放到150米外的安全距离，如果有乘车人员，须到护栏外等候，不要围观。因为大车太多，小车超车多数会选择应急车道，如果三角架距离太近，等看到你的时候已经来不及了！
