最新消息，据观致方面表示，为顺应汽车产业变革和自身战略目标发展，进一步提升观致汽车的国际化水平、技术研发能力、体系建设能力和经营管理能力。日前，观致进行了一轮较大的人事变动。
对前日产高管高看一眼？观致人事换防倾向明显
观致汽车目前已官宣，宝能汽车常务副总裁李峰不再兼任观致汽车CEO，前日产-雷诺联盟全球新能源总监矢岛和男担任观致CEO（总裁），前日产-雷诺联盟车辆互联互通技术全球总监长原巨树担任观致COO（首席运营官），前英菲尼迪全车系开发总负责人平井敏郎担任观致CO-CTO（联席技术官），前日产专家刘强担任副总裁。

明眼人都能看出来，此次人事变动的关键词就是日产。又或者说，是来自日产的电动技术、互联技术、平台研发技术。
其中观致汽车新任CEO矢岛和男自1990年毕业于东北大学后，便加入了日产汽车，积累了近三十年的汽车行业相关经验。由于其主导了日产聆风纯电动汽车的开发，也被称为“最畅销电动车之父” 。
李峰
而李峰在卸任观致汽车CEO后，将调回宝能集团，继续担任宝能汽车常务副总裁。从奇瑞销售公司总经理，到北京汽车股份有限公司总裁，再到观致CEO，李峰在营销与管理方面颇有管理经验，未来在职业生涯上还有怎样的新突破，轱辘哥也将继续关注。
假的真不了，宝能成观致销量暴涨的幕后推手
迎来新的高管团队，观致的后续发展自然备受关注。那么，如今的观致汽车究竟是什么情况？轱辘哥了解到，“卖身”宝能后，观致在2018年迎来暌违已久的销量暴涨的高光时刻。据乘联会给出的数据显示，2018年，观致汽车全年累计销量达63179辆新车，同比2017年暴涨320%。要知道，观致2017年仅卖出1.5万辆新车，这个进步真的可喜可贺。
不过，没等观致高兴太久，就被人“揭穿了老底”。为何观致的销量能够在短短一年时间内迎来大爆发？原来，都是宝能在背后做推手。
据轱辘哥了解，宝能与观致达成了相关协议，将前海体系下宝能投资的联动云租车的采购业务送到了观致的嘴边。光在2018年，联动云租车就计划向观致采购9.5万辆新车（实际交付数额未知），并计划在2019/2020年，每年均向观致采购10万辆新车。这就难怪观致的销量迎来大爆发。
而这也给观致的发展埋下了隐患，因为自产自销的模式并不是长久之计，就像神州大量采购宝沃汽车，也都没有从根本上解决其销量差的问题。那么，日系高管团队能全面扭转观致目前的困局？
迎接电动化，观致奋身一搏！
从全新入驻的日系高管团队也能了解到，新能源将是观致未来的发展重点。早在2018年北京车展，观致汽车便发布了最新的MILE计划，并推出了MILE计划的首款车型——观致MILE 1高性能智能电动轿跑概念车。
另外，观致还将陆续推出观致5SUV智云互联（AliOS）版、观致3轿车 EV500。如今有了矢岛和男的加盟，观致在电动化道路上或会顺畅许多。而矢岛和男也表示，将推动观致成为中国新能源汽车、节能环保的领跑者。
彼时，观致举办的是宝能战略投资以来的首场发布会，雄心壮志，希望能够加入新能源化、新材料化、多功能化和高智能化的汽车大潮，借势宝能赋能，实现快速崛起。不过，新观致的满血复活恐怕还要一定的时日，因为本定于在2018年实现8万辆的全年销量目标并没有完成，观致依然没有一款爆款车型被人记住，主机厂与经销商的矛盾似乎还在激化……唯一的不同，或许是观致有了宝能这一“金主爸爸”在罩着，资金方面稳定了很多。
如果不是国人对观致的成长全程关注，那么一个自成立以来累计亏损超过百亿的汽车品牌，很难被国人接受，想要推出受欢迎的车型更是难上加难。好在，观致早年间一直以高品质为立身标准，国人对其看法仅是叫好不叫座。否则，观致的形象早已一落千丈。
而观致有宝能做靠山，有日系高管团队加盟，也不意味着发展的道路将会顺风顺水。自身产品存在的问题，与经销商的矛盾，产品定位等，都需要一个个去解决。一次次被扶起，一次次倒下，观致真的没有多少重来的机会。
