故障描述:一辆6万公里的迈锐宝来店检修,仪表显示动力下降,和请速检修车辆。发动机故障灯亮后,车辆速度上不去,只能跑一百码左右。

①涡轮增压旁通电磁阀不工作
②旁通电磁阀真空管堵塞
③涡轮增压内部损坏
检修过程
车辆进站,发动机故障灯亮,根据车主描述车子在高速上行驶,突然仪表提示请速检修车辆,故障灯点亮,车子颤抖一下速度就上不去,最多只能跑一百码左右。所以勉强开到我站检修。
维修工小李用GDS读取故障码如下:
P2261 涡轮增压旁通电磁阀卡滞
这款1.6T发动机搭载在迈锐宝,科鲁兹,英朗等车型上。涡轮增压器是通过增加氧质量来增加发动机功率输出的压缩机,从而使燃油进入发动机。涡轮叶片通过大幅提高进入发动机的空气密度,涡轮增压器能够使功率输出提高高达137 千帕。涡轮增压器含有一个废气阀门,由发动机控制模块 通过脉宽调制电磁阀确定的压差进行控制,以调节空压机的压力比。同样由发动机控制模块利用远程安装的电磁阀进行控制的增压空气旁通阀集成于旁通阀中,可在紧急关闭节气门的情况下打开,防止压缩机喘振及因振动而损坏。
这个故障码说明涡轮增压器的旁通阀部分存在卡滞的情况,那么一般我们需要检查的东西有涡轮旁通阀,旁通阀管路,以及涡轮增压器中的机械部分。首先检查发动机后方的增压空气旁通调节电磁阀和软管是否存在堵塞,从发动机正面的涡轮增压排气泄压调节电磁阀上面的软管拔掉,在加油门的时候应该有吸力。经过测试,可以明显感觉到吸力。
车辆装好后原地急加速涡轮增压会发出异常的声音,判断增压旁通阀那里可能是异响的位置。接下来我们分解涡轮增压旁通阀,涡轮增压螺丝比较难拆先需要拆卸涡轮进气管的E8螺丝,然后拆旁通阀的H6螺丝比较方便。
拆下涡轮旁通阀仔细检查,发现旁通阀的旁通阀的增压膜片受损。
箭头处发现膜片破损,膜片破损就会导致泄压,真空度不足够旁通阀工作,所以就会导致涡轮增压不足。从而导致故障灯亮,速度上不去。

总结
涡轮增压故障率不算高,这个故障也不是很常见。很多修理工一听涡轮增压的故障都比较头疼,第一是不熟悉工作原理,第二是配件昂贵。所以在更换前一定要判断的八九不离十,此篇案例中的更换了旁通阀维修包,通用原厂配件为550元左右,不包含工时费。所以在平时维修保养中建议带涡轮车型的客户定期保养,以免造成涡轮增压的损坏,得不偿失。
常见的涡轮增压器故障由以下原因造成:
• 异物进入涡轮或压缩机
• 机油有污物或污染
• 机油供应和/或压力不足
