大众汽车集团零部件部门管理董事会成员Thomas Schmall表示:“纯电动的甲壳虫将大众汽车经典车型的魅力与未来移动出行相结合。我们在这款车型上大量使用了创新的电动汽车零件,用令人激动的方式让这款大众汽车的传奇车型实现了电动化。我们采用最高品质的量产车零件,为甲壳虫汽车的车主们提供专业的电动化方案。”
技术源自大众汽车全新e-up!
纯电动版本的甲壳虫以大众汽车全新e-up!为技术基础,采用e-up!上经过检验的量产零部件,其中电动发动机和单速变速箱由大众汽车卡塞尔零件工厂制造,电池系统由不伦瑞克工厂制造。这些零部件共同构成了e-Beetle的电驱系统,带来高达60千瓦/82马力的最大功率。电池系统置于车底,由14个电池模组构成,每个模组的容量为2.6千瓦时。整个锂电池组共可提供高达36.8千瓦时的电量。车辆的底盘和刹车系统进行了调整和强化,以适应电驱系统带来的更强劲性能和增加的重量。尽管整备质量达到了1280公斤,e-Beetle仍可以在不到4秒的时间内从静止加速至每小时50公里,或在8秒多的时间内从静止加速至每小时80公里。这辆纯电动经典车型e-Beetle的最高车速可达150公里/小时,续航里程达200公里,这一续航里程足以满足一整天的惬意巡游。如果e-Beetle在旅途中需要充电,内置的量产版零部件可使用CCS综合充电系统进行快速充电,能够在一小时左右的时间内充入续航150余公里所需的电量。
电动化理念可移植到其他经典车型之上
基于该理念,未来其他经典车型的电动化也将成为可能。为大众汽车T系列所准备的纯电动车型平台正在进行研发,大众汽车还计划使更多经典车型实现电动化。关于MEB模块化电驱动平台的使用也正在考虑之中,该平台将为提升车辆性能和续航里程创造更多可能。
