近日，北京市生态环境局发布《关于北京市实施第六阶段机动车排放标准的通告（征求意见稿）》（以下简称“《征求意见稿》”），从意见稿可以看出，北京计划分步实施国六排放标准，自2019年7月1日起，针对重型燃气车和公交环卫领域的重型柴油车要求达到国六标准。
从意见稿看出，自2019年7月1日起，北京市销售和登记注册的重型燃气车以及公交和环卫行业重型柴油车需满足国六b排放标准。自2020年1月1日起，北京市销售和登记注册的轻型汽油车和其余行业重型柴油车须满足国六b排放标准。
并且，意见稿规定，凡在规定的日期内已近购买或者外省迁往北京市的国五排放车型，需在规定的标准实施日期之后的一个月内可继续办理车辆注册登记手续，逾期不再办理。
而从之前工信部发布的公告来看，国六排放标准分为两个阶段实施，“国六a”和“国六b”，毫无疑问“国六b”比“国六a”还要严格。“国六”排放标准在“国五”的基础上提高了40%-50%，比“欧六”的标准更高，和美国水平相当，可以说是目前全球范围内最严格的排放标准之一。
要知道，即便是在欧洲，排放标准也没有这么严，欧六标准规定，家用轿车每公里一氧化碳排放不高于1g，氮氧化物不高于0.06g，颗粒物不高于0.005g。而国六标准则是0.5g、0.035g、0.003g，从数据对比来看，国六标准比欧六标准严苛了一倍左右。
随着2018年汽车市场销量大幅下探，国六排放为此推迟了实施时间，但该来的终究要到，从之前的信息可以看到，不少地区都将于7月1日正式实施国六排放标准，这其中环境问题也是主要原因，但也将有很多经典车型离开我们的视线，不过，这也是汽车行业发展的必然。
