[车师傅 行业] 距今为止，很多消费者都可能看到过关于描述自动驾驶汽车技术的简单图片：一辆自动驾驶汽车在霓虹色的世界中穿行，黄色和紫色盒子代表这个世界中的其他车辆和行人。日前，据外媒报道，Uber和通用汽车Cruise两大自动驾驶汽车领域玩家正在把自己的可视化软件放到网上，任何人都可以免费使用。
据悉，Cruise公司介绍了名为“Worldview”的二维和三维场景图形库，希望能够降低准入门槛，为web开发人员提供简单基础，从而构建更加复杂的可视化场景。它提供了2D和3D摄像头、鼠标和键盘移动控制、单击交互以及一套内置的绘图命令，工程师可以轻松构建自定义可视化图像，而不必学习复杂的图像编写包装器进行连接。
Uber公司的新工具则是专门针对自动驾驶汽车运营商，其自动可视化系统（AVS）基于一个可定制的web平台，允许自动驾驶技术开发商将车辆数据转化为一种直观的视觉形式，就像现实世界中一样，并且开放范围不限制开发商的规模大小。
如今，许多自动驾驶汽车运营商都依赖于现成的可视化系统，而这些系统通常安装在体积庞大、难以操作的台式电脑中，并不是专门为自动驾驶汽车设计。Uber方面表示，允许竞争对手利用其基于web研发的可视化平台，这样他们就不必为了提供有效工具解决方案而学习复杂的计算机图形和数据可视化技术。（消息来源：TheVerge；编译/车师傅 阎明炜）
