叉车驾驶过程中，发觉叉车可能要侧翻，跳车还是不跳？我们不能等到危急关头，才问这样的问题，平时在安全培训、晨会等，就要明确下来。
导致叉车可能侧翻的原因，主要有：
1、叉车速度过快；
2、急转弯；
3、叉车与卸货平台边缘安全距离不够；
4、在松软或不平整的路面上行驶；
5、轮胎辗过叉板、石块、管状、斜坡等物体；
6、叉臂上负载不平衡或超载移动。
以上这些安全隐患，在平时的叉车作业中予以避免，养成良好的作业习惯。
一旦发生意外，发觉叉车可能要侧翻，那么到底是跳还是不跳呢？
记住：不要试图跳车！
正确的应急方法是：坐稳，抓紧方向盘，撑住双脚，身体前倾保持在驾驶室内，避开冲击点。
这样的话，叉车司机不会被侧倒的叉车压住，不会被坠落的货物砸到，也不会因为仓皇的跳车导致摔伤，最大程度地减少人身伤害。
