故障现象
一辆2012年产上汽大众POLO 1.6轿车，搭载CPJ发动机，行驶里程11万km。用户反映该车后部有异响。
检查分析
维修人员试车发现，该车的异响是从右后部位发出的。贴近右后轮仔细听，像是燃油泵发出的声音。根据经验判断，燃油泵很快就要失效了，这会导致车辆无法行驶。
经用户同意后，更换了燃油泵。可是结果令人失望，响声丝毫没有减弱。用听诊器听，还是燃油泵的声音。恰好在这个时候有一辆同款车来做保养，对比燃油泵的声音，那辆车就小得多。仔细观察发现，那辆车的燃油滤清器与故障车的不一样，在进油口处没有一个圆形凸起（图3）。

查阅资料得知，燃油滤清器的凸起部分是内置式油压调节器（图4）。该车的油压调节器是在油轨上安装的，这样一来滤清器上的调压器便成了多余的。2个油压调节器互相影响，是导致异响的根本原因。

故障排除
正确更换燃油滤清器，试车确认故障排除。
