车辆行驶中反映发动机水温过高
三、故障分析思路及排除方法
1、基本检查:冷却液管和水箱没看到明显渗漏，防冻液液位正常
2、ISID快测，有以下相关故障码：2E82DME电动冷却液泵，关闭2E81DME电动冷却液泵转速偏差。
3、走检测计划如下
4、检查水泵插头连线，电压和PWM信号正常。
5、电脑激活电子水泵，用手触摸水泵壳体，有工作的震动感。
6、拆下水泵，转动水泵叶轮，有明显的卡滞感，但水泵的叶轮没有卡滞物。
7、更换水泵后试车正常。
电子水泵的工作原理
泵内集成的电子装置执行两个基本任务：调节并提供电压和电流，从而使EC 电机 和冷却液泵运转。按照发动机管理系统的要求，以调节泵 转速并向发动机管理系统反馈相关信息的 方式，调节冷却液流量。
拆检水泵
好几部车辆因为电子水泵转速差故障导 致水温高报警，但其原因是什么呢？拆下水泵后，发现水泵转子的涂层裂开 了，变大了，与定子滑套摩擦。
拆检水泵（完全卡死）
1、我们分别找了两个电子水泵进行了分解，水泵转子的涂层脱落，导致运转产生摩擦甚至卡死，引发发动机水温高报警。
2、也许是涂层质量问题，也许因为紧靠发动机，长时间高温导致水泵内涂层老化。
