1月26日，国际汽联电动方程式锦标赛（FE)圣地亚哥站在炎热的智利落下帷幕。蔚来车队车手奥利弗特维实现了个人第五赛季积分的零突破，以第八名的成绩夺得4个积分。这也是蔚来车队本赛季首次收获积分。
由于排位赛表现不佳，比赛开始阶段，特维仅从第19位发车。他驾驶NIO 004赛车，表现强势，突破重重障碍，一路攀升，最终以第11位的成绩完赛。
由于赛后部分车手受到判罚，特维排名提升至第8位。这也是本赛季开始以来，蔚来车队获得的最好成绩。这也为即将于2月在墨西哥城站进行的比赛打下了良好基础。
队友汤姆蒂尔曼本周末的经历并不尽如人意。比赛开始阶段他遭遇了电能方面的问题，随后又与另一辆赛车相撞，导致开赛仅15分钟就遗憾退出比赛。蒂尔曼也并非本站唯一未完成比赛的车手，在圣地亚哥酷热的天气状况下，至少8位车手退出了比赛。
FE第五赛季第四站墨西哥城站将于2月16日在墨西哥城罗德里格兹街道赛道打响。
