故障现象：比亚迪唐车辆正常行驶中躲避前方障碍物，打方向时突然没有助力，在低速转弯时转向打到一半时突然没有助力，但是没有助力时用力左右转动转向盘就有助力了。
故障分析：电动机接插件松动；系统软件是否有升级项目；电动机故障；供电电路虚接或短路；搭铁不良。
检修过程：
① 首先，举升车辆查看接插件是否松动或脱落，特别是电动机和ECU接插件，经检查接插件正常无故障。
② 然后用VDS1000检查是否有关于电动机的升级更新项目，在扫描后发现电子转向系统有3处故障码：扭矩传感器故障；转角信号故障；电动机过流故障。
③ 分析这三个故障的共同点。从第三个故障看应该是搭铁不良，通过查询电路图发现这三个故障是有交集的，找到电动机搭铁点发现螺丝处有电烤漆引起搭铁不良，打磨处理装车试车，故障依旧。
④ 再次读故障码发现电动机过流故障依然存在，分析为电动机故障，但是再次拆卸检查搭铁点（下图），发现在搭铁点焊接点上有突起点，再看看线卡上的附着面上只有一个点，就是搭铁不良。
⑤ 再次打磨搭铁点，把凸点打磨平，再次装车试车，故障消失。
点评：按照维修手册指导处理搭铁点故障，需同时更换R-EPS搭铁螺母。
