故障描述
车辆行驶过程中及长下坡时，打开排气制动开关，排气制动阀不工作，不起制动作用。
故障分析
分析可能存在故障的部位有：
1、 排气制动开关损坏；
2、 排气制动电磁阀短路、短路；
3、 排气制动蝶阀卡死；
4、 排气制动管路损坏，漏气；
5、 下车排气制动相关线束；
6、 发动机ECU模块故障。
故障处理1.检查
检查时发现打开排气制动开关，排气制动指示灯亮，说明排气制动控制开关信号进入发动机ECU，开关正常。
2.检查排气制动电磁阀
检查排气制动电磁阀，测量电磁线圈阻值约为24欧姆，电磁阀正常。
3.测电压
测量排气制动电磁阀线束插头内电压，304#对327#无电压，304号线对地为24V，此为正常，排气制动电磁阀由发动机ECU直接提供24V电源，由ECU控制负极通断来实现电磁阀的开启和关闭。
4.判断
测量发动机ECU控制负极的端口K47与排气制动电磁阀插头处327号线不通，判断线路有断路现象（见上图），导致排气制动电磁阀无法吸合、蝶阀不工作。
5.查找
通过查找与车架对接的插件，发现有松动情况，维修该处连接线路后，故障解决。
