一般来说在限速30的路段一般是不测速的，但是也会存在特殊情况。最终测不测速，大家需要留意该路段的测速标志，因为正常测速路段上会设置标有雷达测速或监控设备监管等字样的测速警告标志。
驾驶机动车违反限速规定，属于以下四种情形之一，未造成后果的，由公安交管部门予以警告：
（一）在限速低于60公里/小时的公路上超过规定车速50%以下的；
（二）驾驶中型以上客货车、校车、危化品运输车在高速公路、城市快速路以外的道路上超过规定车速10%以下的；
（三）驾驶中型以上客货车、校车、危化品运输车以外的机动车超过规定车速10%以下的；
（四）驾驶机动车在高速公路上行驶低于规定时速20%以下的。
