8月7日，北汽蓝谷新能源科技股份有限公司（以下简称“北汽蓝谷”）公布了其子公司——北京新能源汽车股份有限公司（以下简称“北汽新能源”）在2019年7月的产销快报：其7月销量为12509辆，同比大幅增长了77.86%；1-7月累计销量为77668辆，同比增长了28.10%。
此前，汽车行业普遍认为，在今年6月26日新能源汽车补贴退坡之后，新能源汽车企业的销量将会普遍受到比较大的冲击。例如北汽新能源的主要竞争对手比亚迪汽车，其新能源汽车在7月的销量为16567辆，同比下降了11.8%。
不过，北汽新能源在7月的销量反倒实现了超过70%的增长。对此，有分析人士认为，北汽新能源在2019年主动进行了产品结构的调整，生产资源主要向EU5、EX5等中高端车型供应，逐步扭转其过往以低端产品为主的结构和形象，目前来看，这一调整收到了一定的效果。
从产量数据来看，今年1-7月，北汽新能源的产量仅为15174辆，同比减少了65.76%。可见，面对今年新能源汽车的政策变化和市场波动，北汽新能源方面的调整已经深入到生产、库存等维度。
按照北汽新能源方面的规划，2019年的销量目标是达成22万辆，目前7个月过去，北汽新能源只完成了77668辆，完成率仅为35.30%。不过截至当下，北汽新能源暂时没有调整销量目标的计划，其后续的战略调整动作也值得关注。
