驾照还在实习期，开别人的车要贴实习标志吗
根据《道路交通安全法》的有关规定，首次申请机动车驾驶证后一年为实习期。实习期间不能被扣满12分，如被扣满12分直接注销驾照，需要重新报名注册。
除了需要注意平时的违章问题外，实习期间驾驶机动车时，应当在车身后贴挂统一的实习标志。但是问题来了。如果驾照在实习期，那我们开别人的车要贴实习标志吗？
实习期间开别人的车需要张贴实习标志
根据规定，这是必要的，因为所谓的驾照实习期是锁定人而不是车。不管你是开旧车还是新车，不管是自己的还是别人，都需要贴上实习标志。否则，被交警查到一样是会被罚款的。
实习期间使用他人车辆前，可以向车主咨询是否车内有张贴实习标志，如果没有相关实习标志是否可以在车辆上张贴实习标志。
磁吸式实习标志
目前实习标志的张贴一共分为两个形式，一种是磁吸性实习标志。主要通过吸取汽车后备箱上的铁金属达到吸附功能，本身对汽车外漆不会产生损伤。
磁性式实习标志
吸盘式实习标志
另一共为吸盘式实习标志，主要是在车内的后窗玻璃上通过吸盘吸附实习标志，从而达到张贴实习标志的效果。所以张贴实习标志早已经不再是通过胶水形式张贴在汽车上。
吸盘式实习标志
在实习期间，小伙伴可以提前准备以上两种的实习标志，借用别人的车辆的时候就可以不用担心张贴实习标志对别人的汽车造成影响啦。
