经常有朋友咨询AT变速箱的换油周期，对于这个问题我的观点是“按照厂家要求进行换油”。虽然我们用了好的机油后换机油的周期可以适当延长，但是对于变速箱来说不建议刻意延长换油周期。
虽然人们都说6AT变速箱耐用但所谓的耐用是因为其内部还是行星齿轮组来传递扭矩，齿轮机构承载力很强。但是6AT变速箱换挡以及档位保持是需要液压力推动相应的多片离合器锁止相应的齿轮组来实现的，也就是说齿轮在传动的时候离合器片需要压紧齿轮机构提供反向力，就像两个人拧瓶盖，一个人拧盖子另一个人要抓紧瓶身，而新变速箱使用一段时间后齿轮磨合必然会产生一定的金属碎屑，这些碎屑会磨损液压阀，一旦液压阀磨损后液压机构无法保压，这会导致压力下降，离合器片锁不住发生打滑从而烧掉离合器片，变速箱无法换挡。
这就是为什么很多液力自动变速箱(也就是我们俗称的AT变速箱)损坏都是离合器片烧毁而很少发生齿轮损坏。如果仅为了润滑的话随便加点润滑油基本上都能保证润滑效果了。
上图是使用了8万公里后的AT变速箱油底壳，中间长方形的是一个磁铁，可以看到上面沾满了金属碎屑。
同样滤芯也已经非常脏了，粘上了黏糊糊的一层脏东西。这这东西如果进入阀体很容易引起故障。我们厂里有一台液压锯床，用了几年后出现了故障，大臂抬起后无法保持，会缓慢下降，后来查明原因是换向阀阀芯磨损，换了新阀体后问题解决。但是拆下来肉眼基本上看不出来，因为液压系统压力非常大，哪怕是针尖大小的孔都能导致压力明显下降。
上图是清洗完换上新滤芯的效果图，干干净净，看着都舒服。也能为变速箱提供最佳的保护。
因为变速箱油更换里程想对长，所以即便是价格贵一些但是平均到每公里也没多少钱，而变速箱一旦出问题维修一次的费用够换好多次油了，而且修好后性能也不一定有之前那么好，所以说变速箱油还是按时更换最好。
