顿挫的感觉就像被人再屁股后面踹一脚,顿挫分为偶发性和固定时段。区分很简单偶发就是没有定律的出现,固定则就是达到打一定转速或是某个档位换某个档位(2档进3档)、固定时速发生。变速箱油内有油泥,在变速箱内循环堵塞阀体内的油道则就会出现顿挫的问题,时间久了就会导致变速箱高温、冲击、打滑等等一系列的变速箱问题。
当然,还有其他原因的,下边罗列一下:
1、油路堵塞了,清洗油路、喷油嘴、油路、油管
2、自动挡的车起步出现顿挫正常情况。如果行驶中想要急加速,需要深踩油门,这时自动变速箱会自动降低档位提升发动机转速,当转速达到一定高度时再升档,升档后因为转速会有一个明显的下降,所以会产生相对比较明显的顿挫感。
这种情况多出现在档位较少的自动挡车型上,如4档自动的车型上。自动变速器的车辆起步后,如果希望平稳行驶时,可以在适当时候轻踩油门踏板,变速器就会自动升挡,此时换档顿挫感较弱;如果希望保持较好的加速性能,需要深踩油门踏板,自动变速器会在较高车速时升入较高档位,此时的换档顿挫感较明显。
3、自动启停加双离合变速箱,本身就有这个问题
4、点火不正常,更换火花塞或者高压包。
5、自动变速箱出现顿挫,很多情况下,并不是内部阀体损坏,而是内部出现了顽固性的脏污和杂质,尤其在阀体内部脏污杂质聚集形成堵塞,导致无法实现对油压的有效调节,造成顿挫冲击打滑问题的发生。
同时, 变速箱高温的问题也不容忽视。高温会破坏自动变速箱油的质量和摩擦特性,加大摩擦与磨损,变速箱噪音随之而来,同时,油泥(杂质或脏污)亦会在变速箱内部产生(例如阀体),导致变速箱出现顿挫、冲击。
如果温度超过120℃,橡胶密封材料会开始变硬, 最后导致渗漏,液压降低。如果温度更高,变速箱开始打滑,打滑又会反过来使温度升得更高。(奥迪等高端车型就会报警,进入变速箱保护模式)如不及时解决,变速箱就会报废。
因此,更换变速箱油,清除掉变速箱内顽固性脏污与杂质、有效控制变速箱工作温度,才能彻底解决变速箱问题,并预防其再次发生。
