11月13日，蔚来汽车在社交平台发布声明称，微信自媒体刘越“轼界车侦探”发布标题为“蔚来正与多家律所洽谈破产清算”的文章，该文内容纯属造谣，误导公众，严重干扰了蔚来的正常经营。蔚来已启动了必要的法律程序。
蔚来汽车指出，此前该自媒体对蔚来进行过多次造谣和不实报道，公司已于2019年9月5日在法院正式向对方提起诉讼，目前该诉讼正处于审理程序。在法院宣判前，蔚来不会对诉讼过程进行任何评论。
据了解，该自媒体报道称，10月份开始，蔚来法务部已电话联系多家大型律师事务所询价并咨询蔚来破产清算相关事宜。但担心蔚来汽车无法付款，目前多家律所私下表示不敢接单。
