崩溃！一家三口去4S店看车，3岁女儿划花10辆奥迪新车……

11月24日，赵某夫妇带着3岁女儿陪朋友来到桂林某汽车销售公司看车。期间，女儿趁大人不注意，用小石子划伤了10辆奥迪车，共计造成大小10余处划痕，其中包括一辆近百万元的Q8。事发后，双方在调解过程中产生分歧，最终该纠纷诉至桂林市临桂区人民法院。

店方主张20万元的赔偿，并解释这只是暂定的价格，具体损失以评估为准。店方还表示，作为新车，奥迪是不能接受喷漆修复划痕的，因为喷漆修复划痕的车，一旦当成新车卖给消费者，消费者发现之后就可以判定为4S店欺诈，可以得到3倍赔付，因此被划伤的车只能降价出售。而对于20万元的巨额赔偿，赵某夫妇表示很难接受。

12月3日，经过桂林市临桂区人民法院立案前调解，双方自愿放弃评估损失，由赵某夫妇一次性赔偿汽车销售公司7万元当场了结。赵某夫妇表示要吸取教训，以后带孩子出去不能放松警惕。法官也提醒，“孩子还小”、“他还不懂事”等理由，并非是父母逃避法律责任的借口，外出时要加强对孩子的管护，在平时的家庭教育中，引导孩子要爱护财物，避免再“划车”闯祸。网友热评：
