汽车现在已经很普遍，几乎家家都有，出门在外开车自然是很方便的，和古人出门必须骑马相比，现在的交通运输无论从公交交通还是私家交通都进步了很多，长途有飞机，一般出行有火车高铁，距离近的直接开着私家车也就到了，包括现在也有了共享汽车，可随之而来的晕车问题也变得很普遍。现在年假刚过去，相信很多做公共汽车的，最怕的就是中途晕车了，而为啥司机却从来不晕车呢，原来原因就藏在车上。
首先要知道开车并不容易，需要高度提高警惕，哪怕你自己四平八稳的开车，也有可能遇到不讲秩序乱开车的，所以可谓是时刻绷着一条弦了，所以司机在开车的时候大脑是属于高速运动的状态，对马路周围的情况要实时观察，做出准确的判断，所以活动还是比较多的，大闹运动也就处于一个平衡，而当大闹在快速运动的时候，我们的前庭运动也就没有那么强烈了。
有的人要问了，前庭运动又是什么，它其实就是负责呕吐和恶心的感觉器官，在大闹高速运动的时候，就不会分出多余的精力来恶心和呕吐了，这也是司机不晕车的原因之一。
不难发现，公共交通比私家车的晕车率要大一些，出租车比自家新车晕车概率要大一些，这都是和空气质量有关，自家的汽车肯定都会注重清洁，而公共汽车和出租车却大部分不太干净。这也是引起乘客晕车的原因之一。
再就是做货车或高铁的时候，一般很少有晕车的，这与车辆平稳行驶也有关系，所以司机们在开车的时候最好保持均匀的速度，如果车上有容易晕车的人，可以提前备上晕车药和水，适当的打开车窗透透气，晕车的人上车睡一觉也是不错的原则，省的遭受晕车的苦恼。
