熟悉电动车行业的朋友都清楚，三电技术是电动车发展中最重要的一项，其中有一个非常关键的配件叫IGBT，它是一种全控型电压驱动式复合功率半导体器件，具有高开关频率、高电压、大电流，易于开关等优良性能，被誉为变流器中的CPU，就是这一配件，长期被外国品牌垄断，中国IGBT90%的市场都掌握在外国企业手中。
随着自主品牌技术不断发展完善，这一局面逐渐发生改变，比亚迪作为国内新能源品牌领导者，一直深耕电动车技术，在2018年发布了IGBT 4.0技术，在国内IGBT领域已处于行业领先地位。
IGBT英文全称是Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor，是电动车中除了电池以外第二大核心元件，主要作用是用于变频器逆变和其他逆变电路，将直流电压逆变成频率可调的交流电，简单理解就是一个非通即断的开关，降低电池能量损耗，提高续航里程。
比亚迪IGBT模块V-315系列，是全球首款大批量应用于双模混合动力汽车的模块之一，也是全球装车量最多的全桥IGBT模块，通过关键技术加工，让IGBT开关性能大幅度提升，采用铝碳化硅制作，冷热循环能力优于传统模块10倍以上，同时重量减轻一半。
虽然我国每天都有大量自主国产车下线，但80%的配件都依赖进口，成为众多国外巨头的现金奶牛，希望其它自主品牌都能像比亚迪学习下，把大量精力集中在技术方面，而不是一昧的在外观、内饰上苦下功夫，随着消费者对汽车了解越发深刻，没有核心技术的品牌终究会被淘汰。
