2月22日，汽车预言家获悉，华泰汽车集团有限公司法定代表人苗小龙于1月18日被列入“限制消费人员”名单。
据此前报道，华泰汽车于2018年入主曙光股份后，公司实际控制人变更为张秀根和张宏亮父子。今年1月，张宏亮退出股东行列，苗小龙入股，苗玉莉在期间先入股而后退出。资料显示，苗玉莉为张秀根配偶，与苗小龙是姐弟关系。
2018年，华泰汽车全年累计销量为12.07万辆，同比下滑9%，仅完成20万辆全年目标的60.4%。而根据曙光股份最新发布的2019年1月产销数据快报，曙光股份首月整车销量仅为1284辆，同比下滑37.67%。
公开资料显示，华泰汽车除了2017年销量有所上升外，2012年至2018年年销量均呈现不同程度的下跌状态。今年1月，“华泰汽车欠薪事件”引发外界关注，尽管华泰官方回应，关于拖欠工资等消息都是不是内容，但从多方媒体报道来看，目前华泰在天津、荣成、鄂尔多斯的工厂基本处于停工状态。
去年，华泰宣布将量产任务转移到山东荣成基地，内部员工表示转移的真正目的可能是变相裁员，“当时几乎所有涉及转移安置的问题，华泰方面都回复‘不知道’。从鄂尔多斯去荣成的有十几人，实际只留下了7个人”。天津基地内部员工也透露，工厂停止生产已将近1年。而占地共6000亩的鄂尔多斯基地，从鄂尔多斯市国土资源局公布的土地产权证信息上看，华泰汽车真正利用的土地仅为2280亩，超半数土地荒芜，建设好的厂房也多数处于停产状态。
2018年底至今，华泰汽车及曙光股份先后出现司法冻结、债券价格异常波动乃至欠薪风波等多起民事纠纷，知情人士认为，这或许是华泰汽车集团法定代表人苗小龙被法院限制消费的主要原因。
