俗话说，车子三分开七分养，这足以看出保养对汽车的重要性，对于车主来讲，一定要及时地保养自己的爱车。定期的车辆检查可以尽早发现故障所在，防患于未然。今天，就让小编带大家解锁汽车保养的常识性知识吧。
常规保养一般分为小保养和大保养。小保养一般是指更换机油以及机油滤清器，一般5000公里进行一次。大保养一般是指更换机油以及机油滤清器、空气滤清器、汽油滤清器、空调滤清器、火花塞、刹车油、变速箱油，一般60000公里进行一次。
一些损耗件的保养间隔
机油：一般5000公里-10000公里（视乎发动机型号以及使用的机油等级）。
汽油滤芯、空气滤芯、空调滤芯：一般20000公里更换一次。
空气滤芯
冷却液（防冻液）：建议20000公里更换一次。冷却液浓度不足会导致发动机开锅。
防冻液
火花塞：建议30000-40000公里更换一次。老化的火花塞会导致动力不足或发动机抖动。
火花塞
变速箱油：一般50000-60000公里更换一次；有一部分变速箱终生免维护，仅按需添加变速箱油即可。变速箱油不足会导致换挡不顺畅，甚至不能换挡。ATF油液有多种型号，不同型号不能混用，在更换前请参看车主手册。

刹车油液：建议2年或40000公里更换一次。刹车油是一种吸水力强的油液，吸水较多后变质的刹车油在制动时内部水分气化会影响刹车性能。市面上常用的DOT3和DOT4刹车油不能混用，否则会损坏刹车系统。

方向机油：首次更换时间为20000公里，以后每40000公里更换一次。规格不同的ATF刹车油不能混用，需参看车主手册确定车辆使用的油液类型。

作为车主我们需紧记：最经常更换的是机油以及机油滤清器。每20000公里则需进行一次比较全面的养护。每隔60000公里进行一次大保养。
在每次到店保养的时候，规范的保养流程还包括轮胎胎面检查、底盘检查（刹车皮、刹车碟、悬架摆臂、底板、油液泄漏等）、灯光检查以及发动机油液液位检查。检查的目的是为了防患于未然。
至于去哪里保养，有些新手可能会纠结。去4S店吧，价格比较高，去一般维修点，又有点不放心。
这里，小编给大家的建议是：
对于第一次保养，建议去4S店。因为一般首保都是免费的。
如果是新车在质保期内的话，也可以考虑去4S店。在质保期内如果你按时去保养，车辆如果出现了质量问题厂家是免费帮你修理的。
如果过了质保期，你可以选择去4S店，也不可以去外边的维修店。前提是这个维修店是专业靠谱的或者是你有认识的朋友，这样你就不用担心保养的质量问题，在价格方面也能优惠些许。
最后，小编需要提醒大家的是，在实际的保养车时，并不需要严格按照要求的公里或时间来做，不需要卡着公里数绝对不能超。因为5000公里或半年也只是个大约数，能保证这个公里数或时间机油是绝对没有问题的。所以实际中，5000公里左右，半年左右，超一点或者少一点都是没什么影响的。具体还是要根据车况而定。
