一般情况下，汽车的年龄都是按月来计算的。一般车辆都是在出厂日期3个月之内算新车，如果超过了3个月，或者是6个月之内的时候，就能够被称为库存车了。一般超过6个月之后，就会被称为长库龄车。那么这些库存车和新车，到底有什么区别呢？
首先，在商品车入库之前，4S店都是会做售前检查的，保证新车质量是完好无损的，才会入库。所以说4S店不管是因为经营不善的问题，还是因为这一款车型就是不畅销的原因，导致产生了库存车。4S店在平时的时候，依然会检测一下库存车的电瓶是否有电。所以说这些库存车并没有像大家想象的那么差，放几个月就会有很严重的损伤。对于消费者来说，购买库存车也是可以放宽心的。
不过有两点，在购买库存车时也是需要注意一下的。首先第一点，机油在发动机内放置时间够长，出厂半年多以后，就应该在提车的时候，先让4S店把机油更换掉。然后就是车漆的问题，新车出厂时都会涂保护蜡，时间长了这层蜡消失了，很容易出现车身生锈的问题。所以说，在买车的时候一定要检查一下，是否有锈迹，尤其是白色的汽车，一定要检查清楚。
所以说，如果要购买库存车的话，以上这两点是关键。另外就是4S店为了减小库存的压力，也会对这些库存车降价销售。如果大家真的遇到自己喜欢的车，经过仔细检查之后，也没有发现什么大问题，也可以谈谈价格，让4S店多给一些优惠，低价拿到手，也是一个不错的选择。而且质保也是从开票的那一刻算起，如果真的有什么质量问题，也可以进行正常的索赔。那么大家认为库存车能不能买呢？
