宝马730Li减速时车身剧烈见动
车型:配置N52发动机。
行驶里程: 133136km。
故障现象:车辆在80km/h以 上减速时车身剧烈晃动。
故障诊断:此车为后部肇事，车辆行驶至80kmh以上的时候，减速时车身剧烈晃动。试车，发现车辆加速的时候切正常， 加速至80kmh时，松开加速踏板故障出现，车身剧烈晃动。根据经验，故障现象出现的时候，应该是传动系统导致的车身晃动。
连接GT1进行快速检测，DME、 EGS均无故障。
将车辆升起，拆下排气管、隔热板，检查传动轴、过桥轴承是否有损坏，-切正常。模拟故障现象，将车辆升起且关闭DSC加速至80km/h时减速，故障出现，车身晃动，左后轮相比右后轮跳动厉害。这次将左后轮固定住不让转动(有保护措施)，使左后轮退出工作。再测试，这次减速时故障现象没有再次出现。怀疑是差速器或半轴损坏，装上相同型号的差速器和半轴再次试车，故障依旧。
最后安装了其他车的两条轮胎试车，故障没有了。至此，故障范围终于缩小到轮胎上，动平衡两条后轮胎，发现有一条始终动平衡不了。于是将轮胎扒开，发现轮胎里面有大约1L多的水。故障根源找到了清除轮胎里面的积水，再次试车，故障完全消除。
故障总结:该车钢圈有喷漆作业，由于在作业时没做好防护工作，导致轮胎内部存有大量的积水，安装时没有认真检查，直接充气后就装车，才出现了这样的“人造故障”。所以，在对钢圈喷漆作业的时候，定 要钢圈和轮胎分离。彻底避免类似故障的发生。
