2019年驾驶证如何参加年审您知道吗？通常持有A证或B证的，多数以这本驾驶证开货车或客车谋生的，倘若逾期年审的 ，就会对驾驶证使用及驾驶员的工作造成影响，驾驶员需格外注意，如果你不知道驾驶证“年审”新政策，就会遇到麻烦了，下面让我们一起来了解一下，2019年“年审”新规定出台，事关每一位车主，别错过了年审时间！首先持有AB证每一年年审之前，一次违章都没有过也就是一分没扣，就可以下一年不用年审，如果你有扣过分的，就要在每年12分重新计算后的30天以内去参加年审。
其次现在驾考年龄已经放宽了，报考的年龄已经上升到了70岁，只要你的身体健康条件允许的情况下就可以报考驾驶证，所以对于没有拿到驾驶证的学员来说，你很有可能会和奶奶报考一个驾校，这个时候千万不要尴尬，当然我们在路上行驶的时候看到一位白发的奶奶开着汽车也不要感到惊讶，甚至这已经成为一种非常时髦的事情了，只要你的年龄在70周岁以下，而且身体健康的话就有报考驾校的资格。
C1驾照年审，C1驾照的年审规则和其他驾照是不同规定的额，不需要年审，只需要换证，具体操作如下：1、C1驾照初次申领驾照后，需等6年后才能换证；2、6年无扣满分记录，可换领10年有效期限驾驶证；3、满10年后，即可换取“终身有效驾驶证”了，同理，不能在有效期扣分超12分，大家的驾照要是将近换证时间，可要切记不要错过了，一旦超过3年上没有换证，驾照是会被吊销的。
最后说下A、B类驾驶证自动降级标准，持有A1、A2、A3、B1和B2这五类驾照的人，如果出现以下这几种情况，驾照会被自动降级！1、驾驶人在一个记分周期内被扣完12分；2、驾驶人有扣分情况且连续三个记分周期驾驶证没有参加审验；3、在道路上发生重大交通事故，出现人员伤亡情况且是主要负责人；4、如果驾驶人年龄满60周岁，所持驾照也将被车管所降为C1驾照，总结来看，其实很多所谓的“新规”与目前规定相比，几乎无异，不论什么变化作为交通参与者的我们都要安全第一。
