话说现在这不管省城、老家，车多了、路多了、探头也多了，正所谓经常开车走，哪能不违章！道高一尺，魔高一丈，就算是老司机也有疏忽的时候。比如懂哥，最近正忙着找人销分呢。
不知大家有没有这种体会，有时候收到罚单，会一头雾水，是交警和摄像头搞错了违章对象？还是有些隐形的违章行为，是我们不够了解的？今天我们就来了解一下。
1、不是所有的右转都没有灯
开车的朋友都知道，一般右转车道都不会单独设置右转红灯，于是很多司机开车右转时基本不会看交通信号灯，直接根据路况打灯转弯，而这就很容易着了右转红灯的道。
很多车主会抱怨，为什么右转还要设置红灯？仔细观察就会发现，设置右转红绿灯的车道一般不是单一的右转车道，也就是说，右转车道也么不止一条，要么就是需要跨过其他车道，所以在这样的路口设置单独右转的红绿灯，也是为了安全考虑。
懂哥家老爷子上周末差点就在县城中心犯了这个迷糊，快四十年的老司机啊，足见定势思维多害人！
2、礼让行人，行人不走不代表机动车能走
礼让行人的话题一直被车主们热议，且不论这个规则到底好不好，懂哥的感受是，很多车主都能够遵守，有时候甚至不惜急刹停。但难免还是会出现一些尴尬的情况，比如车主这边礼让行人，行人在人行道不想走，就这样“僵持”了几秒，车主看行人不走，就起步离开，结果被拍、违章，扣分、罚款。
这个处罚就很有争议了，行人不走车就不能走了吗？懂哥特地查阅了相关规定，的确可以算作违章。
正确做法是，千万让行人先走，千万不要鸣笛。他不先走，你就喊他先走。如果他就是不走，你下车把他抱过去再走。还是不走，不行就给他一百块钱让他走，这样你还能剩100。否则扣3分罚200。切记！
3、黄色网格线能过不能停
大家平时开车，应该有注意到一些路面上画着大大的黄色网格线，这类黄色网格线一般设置在政府机关出入口或者大型机动车需要跨多车道出入的位置，因为这些路口往往都是交通繁忙的地区，所以需要提前预留通道。
但是，懂哥一直怀疑这是不是科目一考试漏掉的问题，许多司机不了解黄色网格线上不能停车。记得有一次遇到堵车，懂哥为躲避网格线提前停车，还被后车不停催促，好在信念坚定，没有吃牌。
按照《道路交通法》和公安部机动车记分管理办法规定，驾驶机动车在黄色网格线上停车的，将对驾驶员处以罚款200元、记3分的处罚。
4、插队加塞
在一些大城市，交通法规比较严格，即使是偶尔加塞也会被判定是违章。一些老司机都练就了一身加塞变道的技术，被摄像头拍到，同样是违章，会面临处罚。
以上海为例，主要加塞路段都加装了违章拍摄，这里展示一下因为加塞被电子警察拍下的“牛肉干”：
5、超速，路好不代表能开快车
超速被拍，应该是占比最高的违章类型了。城市大兴土木，许多宽阔平整的路面通车，你觉得时速80公里妥妥的没毛病，可它偏偏限速40公里，你还真没脾气！
超速50%，就可以吊销驾驶证，直接把你整回驾校。所以开着导航/电子狗吧，不管路熟不熟，多提醒一句没坏处。
除此之外，还要注意高速分道限速都不同的问题。众所周知，一般国内高速最内侧车道限速120公里/小时，之后向外的车道速度依次降为100公里/小时、80公里/小时。如果你在行车时因为超车或者需要并线，却没有降低车速，一张超速罚单可能就开始寄往你的家中了。
所以当我们行驶在高速时，请看清每一条车道的限速标识，否则扣分罚款在所难免。
