车辆最为重要的无非就是使用寿命的问题,不管是传统的燃油车也好,还是现如今的新能源汽车,车辆的使用寿命也都是人们一直所关注的焦点,增程式汽车在构造上面简单的来说就是在纯电动车的基础上面增加一个增程器,这个增程器,可以当车辆电量过低的时候来为车辆的电池进行充电,当电池电量充足以后,增程器又会停止工作,如此反复来保证车辆动力电池的正常和续航。
这种车型所需动力电池的容量小所以在使用的时候充电功率也是比较小的,为了避免电池频繁充电所导致的寿命过短,从技术上面来讲,动力电池充放电可以通过技术手段来进行控制,增程器可以通过车辆的驱动电路来对电量进行分配,使得车辆上的电池都做到了浅充浅放,并且根据增程器的工作来说,它是将化学能转变成动能,然后再转换成电能,需要驱动两个部件,一个是用来驱动电动机进行工作,另外一个就是驱动发电机。
站在电动机工作上面来说,它所消耗的功率不断变化,同时,另一部分转化成电能,但是为了保证车辆在工作过程当中,电压都稳定,所以基本上在电镀过程当中,会将它输出的电压在合理的范围里面,也就是说,如果它输出的电压是在48伏,那么它的电压稳定也会在48伏到72伏之间,这个就好比整个电压输出过去以后,通过一个稳压装置来满足电池的需求。
另外,站在现在的电池上面来说的话,一电池循环400次为例,每一次要完成一个完整的充放电的过程才算是一个充电循环,按照增程器驱动来讲,电池完成一个充放电的循环时间很长,单颗电池容量衰退按照80%来算,那么至少要32000公里才能坏一到两颗电池,并且,现在增程器工作的时候会采取低功率放电,并且配大容量的电池,所以电池电量基本上是用不完的,可以讲是浅充浅放,那么对电池来讲,基本上也没有什么伤害。
