4月16日，两年一届的2019上海国际车展正式开幕，在以“身临其静”为主题的林肯展台上，林肯亚太及中国区总裁毛京波正在向爱卡汽车介绍今年林肯展台与往年的不同，毛京波表示，今年的上海车展，林肯品牌更加开放，更具亲和力，在去年广州车展上，我们发布了“静谧之旅”的品牌理念，今年我们用“身临其静”将其更好的诠释。
在林肯展台上，设置了一个7米高的环形水幕，还有整体的天幕（LED天地连屏），还设置了“静谧之旅头等舱”，进一步的体现了“静”字，在喧嚣的车展中，营造出静谧的“思享”空间，毛京波说，林肯品牌希望让大家感受到它在变化，希望给大家耳目一新的全新感受。
同时，林肯亚太及中国区总裁毛京波指出，2019年是林肯苦练内功的破局之年，具体来说林肯要做到四个本土化，就是品牌本土化，客户体验本土化，产品本土化，以及团队本土化。在品牌本土化方面，林肯用中国客户最熟悉的语言，讲述林肯的品牌故事。林肯将继续通过创新性的整合营销，结合线上线下的全方位的互动，向客户传达林肯的品牌主张，并全力推进品牌年轻化的建设。
首款国产车型年底投产
产品规划方面，林肯充分考虑中国客户的诉求，同时要真正做到中国速度。2019年是林肯的产品大年，更是国产元年，全年共有三款重磅全新车型亮相。继林肯航海家Nautilus之后，大型豪华SUV全新林肯飞行家Aviator将于今年下半年上市。今年年底，一款全新的SUV将于年底在华投产，这也预示着林肯的产品阵容将进入一个全新的时代。
另外在升级客户体验方面，林肯通过本土化创新，打造林肯全新的新标杆。林肯品牌进入中国市场之初便为中国客户量身打造“林肯之道”的客户服务理念。今年林肯将继续升级完善“林肯之道”，并与“静谧之旅”相辅相成的为客户带来更加超越期待的客户体验。三月份林肯品牌全球首家旗舰店就落户在上海，正是林肯充分考虑中国客户需求，全面提升客户体验的又一力作，那么在五月份，林肯第二家旗舰店也将在北京正式亮相。
下一步，林肯将继续探索客户体验与数字化的结合，把林肯在中国的客户体验打造成融合科技创新，现代豪华以及人文关怀的本土典范。
