前车忽然实线变道，后车却负全责？交警：记不住这点你永远是新手！
随着国家经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人加入到了有车一族，汽车的普及的确给人们的生活带来了很大的便利，不过很多时候车主并不清楚一些用车的具体知识！很多老司机常说“让速不让道”，意思是说，当我们在路上行驶时看到别的车辆想要超车，或是路上遇到突发情况时，应该降低速度，而不是去改变车辆的行驶方向！
当然这句话并不是官方的，而是一些老司机的经验所得。其实就是告诉人们，不管在城市道路上还是在高速路上行驶，都不要猛打方向盘改变车道。就如之前所发生的一场车祸，前车忽然实现变道，不过最后却是后车负全责，交警对此表示：记不住这点你永远是新手！
我们从监控录像可以看到，白色的汽车突然实线变道，后面黑色的汽车出于本能的操作，就选择突然猛打方向盘变道拐弯，最后和相向而来的轿车来了个亲密接触！最后在勘察定损时，两车的损失达12万，不过实现变道的白色却并没有受到任何的损伤！
依照人们的正常思维，认为之所以会发生这样的事故，全都是因为白色车辆实线变道所引起的，所以这场事故中应该白色车子全责，黑色车子负次要责任，对向而来的汽车自然是无责的！不过事实却并不是如此，最后三方车主去交警队进行责任的划分，根据视频最终判断黑车负全部责任，白车以及对向的轿车是无责的！不过白色车子因为实现变道，违反了在禁止标线上行车的规定，被扣3分罚200元！这一个急打方向盘让黑色车子从一个“受害者”最后却成了“始作俑者”！
很多人对这一事故责任的划分很不理解，不过交警却认为，导致这次事故的直接原因，是因为黑车跨过双黄实线变道所造成的。交警最后也表示，若是遇到这样的突发状况，一定要谨记“让速不让道”的规则，记不住这点你永远是新手！最后也只能吃闷亏！各位车主，对于这一交通事故的责任判定您有什么看法呢？对于“让速不让道”这一说法您又怎么看待呢？（图片来源网络，如有侵权，请联系删除）
