最为年款车型，C4L并未做出很大的改变，外观方面相比老款车型变化不大，依旧时尚运动。而变化之处在于细节上，前大灯造型、排气、尾灯熏黑，整体视觉上得到了进一步提升。
2019款雪铁龙C4L依旧时尚运动，整体变化不大，不难看出设计师对原有设计的信心所在。新车双人字形LOGO与前大灯完美融合，且灯组内部配备LED日间行车灯，整体档次感不错。在车身尺寸方面，相比竞品车型全面领先，这是家用车绝对的优势。此外，尾灯也进行了熏黑除了，视觉效果更出色，排气部分也由原来的单边单排改为隐藏式排气，对整体性有了不小的提升。
