随着时代经济、技术的发展，传感器成为了设备中代替人工重要零件。而液位传感器也随之发展起来，其中浮球式和电容式两种液位传感器也现在常用的传感器之一。下面工采网小编就来说说冷却液液位传感器的工作原理及相关应用。
液位传感器的主要功能都是检测液位、控制液位，冷却液液位传感器是一个开关，安装在散热水箱上或膨胀水箱中并用于测量散热器顶部水箱中发动机冷却液的液位，通过发动机线束将信息传输给ECM。如果冷却液液位下降到一定液位以下时，ECM会使报警器报警，这时发动机功率将会逐渐下降，以保护发动机。一般情况下，发动机冷却液一年需要更换一次，正常行驶过程中，如果发动机冷却液不足了，该如何检查发动机冷却液液位呢？如下图：

由图可知当在发动机线束的冷却液液位传感器的27号高液位信号端子和J／号低液位信号端子上同时检测到电压，或者在每个端子上没有检测到电压。ECM认为是故障，并以故障码422存储起来，这时黄色指示灯点亮。发动机将失去冷却液液位的保护功能。

为了提高液位控制系统的性能工采网提供了一款CAP-300系列冷却液液位传感器此液位传感器是我们最可靠耐用的单点式液位传感器之一。该传感器除了坚固耐用、性能可靠，适合在最严苛的冷却液应用中长期运行由于与冷却液兼容，它可安装在发电设备、工程机械及手机基站发电机的任何位置上，成为理想的OEM解决方案。除此之外CAP-300 还具备在其工作频率范围能将介质电导率的影响降到最低，从而确保了长期性能稳定，同时采用密封设计，防止任何流体侵入。CAP-300几乎免维护；外形小巧（2英寸长），抗黏结附着，即使在待机模式下也能保持可靠性；工作温度高达125°C (257°F)，使得这一电容式传感器能够应对最具挑战性的环境；它还提供多种安装类型和电气连接，安装十分简单；供电电压范围 9至32VDC 。该产品目前已经通过 CE、IP67、RoHS 和 IP6K9K 等全球权威认证。
