随着日本企业2018财年（2018年4月-2019年3月）财报的陆续发布，丰田、日产、本田这日系车三剑客的表现也成为了汽车行业关注的焦点。
在全球车市大环境持续低迷的背景下，三家企业的表现也呈现出了截然不同的发展态势。
此前在中国市场一直缓慢前行的丰田汽车，如今开始加快在华市场的拼抢速度，也收获了不俗的表现。
得益于中国市场的销量增长，2018财年丰田全球销量达到了1060.3万辆，同比增长1.6%，连续两年创新高。
在中国市场，2018年丰田的销量突破了147万辆，同比增长了14.3%，也是连续六年实现在华销量增长。
全球销量的增长带动下，丰田全年营收突破30万亿日元（1.8万亿元人民币），营业利润超过2.46万亿日元（1528亿元人民币），都实现了增长。
不过由于公司股价下降等因素，导致净利润下跌了24.5%，至1.88万亿日元（1168亿元人民币）。
整体来看丰田汽车在全球市场低迷下表现还是很抢眼的，没有经历太大的业绩波动。丰田预计2019财年全球销量将保持1.3%的增长，达到1074万辆。
由于汽车单价下调，营收可能会出现0.7%的微跌，不过在严格削减成本的积极影响下，营业利润有望提高3.3%至2.55万亿日元（1584亿元人民币）。
丰田给出的控制成本的方法也是比较狠，从降低原型车生产成本，到控制员工办公用品的支出，都在计划中，画风也是非常艰苦朴素了。
本田汽车2018财年全球销量虽然实现了2.5%的增长，营收也增长了3.4%，但是在外汇损失、降价促销成本增加以及欧洲业务重组的影响下，营业利润和净利润均出现了大幅下滑。
具体来看，汇率波动使营业利润减少了1603亿日元（99.6亿元人民币），重组欧洲业务又花掉了680亿日元（42亿元人民币）。
不过本田在中国和美国市场的表现依然十分给力，再加上严格的成本控制计划，因此本田预计2019财年营业利润和净利润都将实现大幅增长。
至于削减成本的方案，本田也和丰田一样够狠，到2025年现有车型的衍生车款将减少三分之二，全球范围的生产成本也将降低10%。
日产汽车虽然还未公布正式的2018财年财报，不过根据此前发布的业绩预期，整体表现都不太好，从销量到营收再到利润，都出现了大幅下跌。
对于这个表现，日产方面给出的解释是去年底董事长戈恩被捕后公司的销售都受到了影响，再加上美国市场表现不佳，所以拖垮了公司整体业绩。
日产汽车CEO西川广人认为，戈恩时期过于追求销量和市场份额的激进做法，导致了日产目前不健康的市场表现，所以接下来他不再把追求销量放在首位，而是专心调整公司方向，专注于利润的提升。
对于日产来说，目前暂时的落后也未尝不是一件好事，调整好步调才能够获得更健康和可持续的发展。
