Telluride是起亚首款三排座SUV。虽然起亚声称它只是辆中型SUV，但在车叔看来，Telluride完全可以与吉普大切若基和本田Passport相抗衡，乘坐空间甚至比雪佛兰Tahoe还大。当然了，仅仅只是大是吸引不了车叔的，起亚Telluride还有很多其它优点。
别致的外观造型
车头沿用了起亚家族的一贯设计，虎啸式前脸威武霸气，宽大的进气格栅几乎贯穿整个车头。大灯位置被分布在了车头偏向侧面的位置，布局十分新颖。格栅内部采用了宽大的网状结构布局，运动气质得到加强，平直硬朗的车身线条加上车头上部带有大写的TELLURIDE字样很有硬派越野车的感觉。
尾灯依旧采用纵向布置，辨识度高，现代感十足。整体造型有沃尔沃和揽胜的影子，但绝不会有山寨感，更不会让人产生反感；相反，造型大胆别致，很有自己的风格。
强大的动力系统
起亚也在动力系统方面做得很好，采用3.8升阿特金森循环直喷式V6发动机，功率为291马力，扭矩为355牛·米，匹配八速自动变速箱，可以提供全轮驱动和前轮驱动。
有一说一，虽然这款发动机并不是起亚最新或最强大的发动机，但不论是翻山越岭还是羊肠小路，它都可以一路通行，动力十足。
Telluride的操控感和乘坐感也非常出色。一般来说，大型家用SUV最重要的就是要保证稳定、舒适以及可控，而这些恰恰都是Telluride的优点和特点。18英寸车轮是标准配置，所以即使在岩石遍布的土路上，Telluride的底盘以及转向都不会有太大问题，这一点在车叔看来值得打call。
齐全的车内装饰
车内空间足够宽敞，让乘坐者觉得安静、舒适。前排座椅恰到好处的宽度和支撑度，让乘坐者的腰部、臀部以及大腿有种恰到好处服帖感。中控台采用了悬浮式设计，配备10.25英寸的触摸屏，支持苹果CarPlay和Android手机互联，同时还拥有6个USB充电端口、无线充电技术和10声道的Harman Kardon 高级音响系统。在车叔看来比雪佛兰Traverse的装饰更胜一筹
安全配置方面，Telluride也是十分齐全，包括车道偏离警告系统、车道保持辅助系统、智能巡航控制系统、环绕视野监视器、前方碰撞警告系统。还有后方乘员警报系统，当门被锁上时，它将会利用超声波传感器检测第二排和第三排的儿童或宠物的移动，一旦检测成功，司机会收到声音警告。
足够的储物空间
Telluride是市场上最大的跨界SUV之一，货舱容量高达0.6立方米，仅次于拥有0.65立方米储物空间的雪佛兰Traverse。将第三排座椅向下折叠后，储物空间增加到1.3立方米，仍会败给1.6立方米的雪佛兰Traverse。不过在车叔看来，不管是载人还是载物，Telluride绝对是绰绰有余。
总而言之，在车叔看来，新款2020款起亚Telluride将成为其他SUV的一个强而有力的竞争对手，甚至成为一款里程碑式的SUV。
