当年叱刹风云经典时尚的马自达3渐渐的离我们远去,不过王者终归是王者,而今天这辆马自达323竟然还是首次更换离合器套装;维修师傅表示,如果离合器总泵不坏的情况下,离合器套装在战3年也不成问题。
早上这辆车被拖车拖进我们厂,刚一进车间大门众位师傅就被一股极其难闻的味道吸引过来;这味道不是别的,正是离合器片严重烧灼的味道;很显然,这辆车的离合器片已经损坏。
车主描述说,先前开车出门的时候,总觉得踩离合器的感觉十分奇怪;一开始踩不下去,之后下意识加重使劲踩了一下,但踩下去感觉踏板回弹很缓慢,并且每次换挡都觉得离合器踏板重了许多;直到高架上坡的时候闻到了离合器片烧灼的味道,才意识到离合器出现了问题!
果不其然,经过维修师傅检查,发现离合器总泵和离合器分泵全部损坏,两者同时损坏的案例属实不多见;不过,经过师傅的仔细观察后分析,很有可能是离合器分泵先损坏,损坏的原因则为卡顿或卡死导致离合器踏板踩不动;而离合器踏板控制的就是总泵,当车主用力踩离合器踏板的同时,离合器总泵得到了巨大的压力后,将高压的刹车油输送到离合器分泵,此而离合器分泵被刹车油的压力顶开后开始异常工作;异常工作的离合器分泵使其离合器片处于半离合状态,由于在高架上坡时需要踩油门加大动力,最终处在半离合的离合器片出现了烧灼的现象;而离合器踏板回弹缓慢,很有可能是因为车主踩踏板时太用力,在加上分泵产生的压力,而导致离合器总泵也出现了异常;总而言之,这一些列的问题都跟时间太久而老化有关系。
从上图铭牌可以看到,这辆车出厂与2003年;话说03年出厂的车到今天也已经有15年的历史,同事开玩笑说这辆车出厂时还穿开裆裤呢!而更惊讶的是,离合器套装竟然还是首次更换!
当看到仪表上才行驶8万公里的数据后,就很好解释为什么是首次更换了。15年行驶8万公里,对于这辆车来说真有种王者被埋没的感觉,更令人感到唏嘘的是马上就要进入一年两验的状态,或许它的宿命就终结在10万公里了吧!
打开发动机后,虽说有股极其难闻的味道,但也阻挡不了师傅们对这台发动机的赞叹;抛开8万公里的里程数不说,而单从年限讲,15年的车,发动机气门室盖竟然一丝渗油的迹象都没有;敢问还有几款车能做到这一点?
经过这一番折腾,车主忍受不了这种离合器烧焦的味道,最终选择更换离合器套装;而更换离合器需要把变速箱抬下来,所以需要把影响抬变速箱的所有配件全部拆下;而发动机舱内的辅件并不算多,只有电瓶、空气滤芯器和几个支架。
当发动机舱内影响抬变速箱的所有配件都拆掉之后,上图圆圈内的变速箱支架也可以先被拆下来。
其次拆掉变速箱上面一圈的固定螺丝。
变速箱上方所有东西都被拆掉后,就可以顶起车子拆掉下面影响抬变速箱的所有配件;上图圆圈内为已经拆掉的半轴。
为什么可以先拆掉变速箱上方的支架呢?这是因为变速箱下方有一根支撑臂没有被拆掉,上图圆圈内为变速箱下方的支撑臂;这个支撑臂需要在所有影响抬变速箱的辅件都被拆掉,并且用拖顶顶住发动机之后才可以拆。
由于离合器分泵在变速箱上,所以维修师傅决定先把分泵换上之后在把变速箱抬下来;上图小圆圈内便是已经损坏的分泵,旁边的就是已经更换好的分泵。
上图为已经被抬下来的变速箱,上图圆圈内被拨叉固定的分离轴承已经被维修师傅拿了下来。
分离轴承上面已经充满了大量离合器片的磨削。
上图为从飞轮盘上拆下来的离合器片和压盘,离合器片经过摩擦产生高温后表面已经出现了很圆润的光泽,不过由于拍摄角度的原因没能捕捉到圆润的光泽;单从离合器片的厚度来看,在使用几万公里也不成问题,不过现在出现了烧灼情况着实有点可惜。

更换离合器套装只需要10几分钟,而拆装变速箱就要花费2个多小时;上图为已经对好位置装配好的变速箱。
当所有零件全部装好之后,最后更换离合器总泵;上图左边为新的总泵,右边为已经损坏的总泵;损坏之后的总泵被拆下来之后,维修师傅用十字螺丝刀顶了几下总泵活塞,可以明显感觉到活塞回弹无力,很有可能为分泵内部的回弹弹簧损坏。
由于分泵和总泵都已经更换,为了达到分泵的最佳使用效果,所以分泵内的空气一定要排放干净;由于这款车自问世以来,口碑一直都不错,所以在更换好所有零件后,众位师傅都争先恐后的试车,维修师傅试车之后都对其赞不绝口,表示离合器使用起来很是舒服。
