“三十年前‘水变油’，三十年后水氢汽车。”
二十多年前，在情景喜剧《我爱我家》中，葛优扮演的纪春生提出了“水变油”的畅想：“你们知道水是由什么组成的吗?两个氢原子和一个氧原子。而氢和氧是可以燃烧的……
春生口里的重要发明，叫“点水成油”：“在水里点上几滴，我研制的水基燃料母液，用筷子搅和搅和，划根火柴往里一扔，噗嗤一声，火苗子腾腾的，直到水烧光了为止。这就叫点水成油。”
这集讽刺的是此前八十年代出现并且牵连了无数专家学者的“水变油”骗局。
5月23日，一则有关“水氢发动机河南南阳下线，车辆只需加水即可行驶”的新闻引发关注。事件让公众关注到这家处于汽车领域边缘企业——青年汽车。
我们来看一下河南南阳的水氢发动机有多牛。发明水氢发动机的公司叫青年汽车集团，公司总部位于浙江省金华市，董事长是庞青年。据青年汽车集团官网介绍：青年汽车集团下设商用车集团、乘用车集团和汽车部件集团三大子集团，是一家以生产NEOPLAN豪华大客车、MAN豪华重型卡车、轿车、汽车零部件为主的民营股份制汽车工业集团。
按照青年汽车的说法，青年车载水解制氢技术实现了车载水实时制取氢气，水和反应物在催化剂作用下产生氢气和水解产物。车辆只需加水即可行驶（无水质要求，自来水、河水、海水均可使用），用户无氢气成本，减少了氢气的存储与运输。
那么问题来了，按照青年汽车的逻辑，电解水产生氢气用于驱动，氢气燃烧之后又产生水，将排出的废水继续利用制氢，这样一次加水，终身受用，是不是永动机出来了？
“点水成油”的庞青年，其实在2017年就“造出”了氢燃料汽车，这项“诺奖”级别的发明居然没有任何地方政府和嗅觉灵敏的商人相中，而是兜兜转转了两年才在南阳落了根。
早在2000年，燃料电池汽车就被我国列为新能源汽车的“三纵三横”战略之一。不过，目前这一技术的商业化应用仍未大规模展开。数据显示，我国去年全年的氢燃料电池汽车产量仅达到1619辆。
根据《中国氢能产业基础设施发展蓝皮书（2016）》预计，到2020年，我国燃料电池车辆将达到1万辆；到2030年，燃料电池车辆保有量将达到200万辆。这意味着氢燃料电池车将迎来一轮真正的爆发。
4月初，三款氢燃料电池车首次登上《新能源汽车推广应用推荐车型目录》，享受每辆车20万-50万的国家补贴，与部分地方政府的等额补贴，总额最高可达售价的70%，也就是说补贴总额最高可达100万元，补贴措施至少会持续到2020年。
与补贴大幅退坡的纯电车型相比，政府对燃料电池汽车的厚爱，让原本处于边缘地带的氢燃料电池汽车再次来到了人们的视线之中，也再次带起了国内氢能源汽车产业的小高潮。
新能源行业，尤其是最近才开始受到重视的氢燃料电池汽车，尚且处在发展阶段，作为新能源产业真正需要的是能够踏踏实实干实事的企业，而不是打着“高科技”的幌子前来圈钱的“骗子”。
稍加了解就能够发现，青年汽车早已“劣迹斑斑”，在中国裁判文书网的记录中，青年汽车曾陷入多起政府以及合同纠纷之中，相关的民事案件多达517起，有许多至今仍未结案。而工信部也早就于2017年将青年汽车列为骗补企业，如此身份存疑的企业，我们是不是要多加掂量？
青年汽车项目一经曝光，让人不由得想起曾经的“巴铁项目”，作为彼时秦皇岛的明星项目，如今也只能在废弃车厂中蒙尘。同样披着黑科技的外衣，其内在是否有着敛财圈钱的内里做衬？
作为目前这个新能源汽车发展的关键时间点上，我们不需要那些“跳梁小丑”，而是真真正正的实干家，才能让中国在新能源发展的道路上走的越快越稳，真正实现强国的目标。
