如题，新政策即将实施，昨天去找朋友喝茶，顺便问问有关摩托车上户方面的问题。朋友在交警队上班，刚好最近在学习新政策方面的知识，方便落实。今早就整理整理，发出来供摩友们参考参考。
摩托车上牌流程：
第一步：到保险公司购买交强险及缴纳车船税，需要带购车发票、车主身份证、车辆合格证。
第二步：到税务部门缴纳车辆购置税，需要带购车发票、车主身份证、车辆合格证。（注：150cc及以下排量摩托车自7月1日起免缴购置税）
第三步：到交警队车管所办理注册登记业务。需要带购车发票、车主身份证、车辆合格证、强险凭证、缴税完税证正副本、进口车还需要进口凭证。（部分地方完税证、强险证是联网可查的，没有纸质凭证，只要购买/缴纳后，交警队车管所就可以查到）
第四步：选车牌号，因地而异，有些地方是20选1随机、有些地方是50选1随机。选定牌号后，行驶证就当场打印了，整个上牌流程就算完了，现在大部分地方都是选号后等7至14个工作日车牌才能到手。
摩托车年检流程：
第一步：到保险公司购买交强险及缴纳车船税，需要带行驶证、身份证。
第二步：机动车安全技术检验合格证明（注：自6月1日起摩托车实行6年免检，6年内的摩托车不需要安全技术检验合格证明）
第三步：到交警队车管所办理年检业务。需要带车辆行驶证、车主身份证、强险凭证（部分强险证是联网可查的，没有纸质凭证，只要购买/缴纳后，交警队车管所就可以查到）。
注：年检前，需要提前将涉及该车的道路交通违法和交通事故处理完毕。
