2019年5月17日,一则新闻引起行业关注,上汽通用汽车宣布推出“质享无忧——小排量动力总成超长质保计划”:即日起,凡购买上汽通用汽车旗下新一代1.3T、1.0T及1.3L小排量车型,即可享受发动机、变速箱等主要零部件8年或16万公里的原厂质保服务。
此举意义何在,为何能引起行业关注?回答这个问题之前,有必要先弄明白上汽通用“质享无忧——小排量动力总成超长质保计划”的几个重要信息。
1.“超长质保计划”是因为小排量发动机有问题吗?
并非如此,上汽通用积极响应发动机小型化的行业大势,但绝不代表技术上不够成熟可靠。2017年至2019年,上汽通用汽车基于业界领先的“单缸最优”设计理念和Smart Propulsion智驱科技,相继推出新一代小排量驱动系统。两年来,搭载新一代小排量驱动系统的车型已历经市场检验、赢得广大用户认可,累计用户超过50万。
推出“质享无忧——小排量动力总成超长质保计划”,并不是基于技术缺陷的补救措施,而是源自对自家动力总成技术的足够信心;而另一方面也是出于三缸发动机作为新技术面临的认知困境,消费者仍存在质疑顾虑的市场现状,作出的先驱者应有的表率姿态,是上汽通用大规模普及推广三缸发动机相辅相成的“组合拳”。
超长质保的承诺,对用户来说无疑是给出一颗“定心丸”,同时也能很好地打消潜在消费者对三缸发动机存在的疑虑。
2. “超长质保计划”出台之前买车的老客户能享受吗?
可以。“小排量动力总成超长质保计划”惠及所有别克、雪佛兰旗下新一代小排量车型。厂家承诺,上汽通用汽车所有新一代1.3T、1.0T及1.3L小排量车型,在享受已有原厂质保政策的基础上,其动力总成免费质保也将延长至8年或16万公里。而已购车用户则需要尽快前往上汽通用汽车授权别克经销商及其特约售后服务中心,签订相关延长原厂质保协议。
3.上汽通用的二手车客户也能享受“超长质保计划”吗?
也是可以的。此次别克新一代小排量车型动力总成8年或16万公里超长原厂质保“跟车不跟人”,同样惠及二手车用户,当然时效要从新车购买日开始计算,时间和里程数不进行叠加。也就是说,不管你的车是新车老车,是几手户,只要搭载的是别克新一代1.3T、1.0T及1.3L发动机,就可以享受该计划的福利。
PSA、宝马、吉利等大车企也在推三缸发动机,但推广力度和使用规模却远不如通用,现下针对三缸发动机的超长质保方案也是由上汽通用率先推出,回到文章开头的问题,此举意义何在,为何说是车圈大事件?我们从三个层面来进行解读。
战术层面,对技术实力的充足信心
时至今日,消费者们对三缸发动机依旧存在一些质疑和顾虑,坊间也不少关于三缸机的差评,夸张也好,谣传也好,对于三缸机,很多消费者可谓戴着有色眼镜。此次推出远超行业标准的超长质保计划,自然是上汽通用汽车对于新一代小排量驱动系统技术和品质的强大信心,更是在“胸有成足”基础上的实力宣言。
上汽通用第八代Ecotec小排量发动机采用大量先进科技创新,除了高效省油,还在精密和静音方面达到业界领先水平。尤其是三缸机噪音和抖动抑制上的问题,在通用这里基本上迎刃而解。
列举一二:
平衡轴系统:弹性啮合面处理,消除敲击噪音。1.3T采用“单轴无声平衡轴系统”用来平衡一阶往复惯性力矩;此外,曲轴上与平衡轴相啮合的齿轮中间采用橡胶材料,减少震动。这些都有助于提升发动机NVH性能。
下沉式可变排量机油泵:非曲轴直接驱动以降低油泵转速波动;静音链系统设计代替传统齿轮驱动减小噪声。
静音平衡链:小节距设计,表面弹性处理,传动更柔和,冲击更小,运转更加平稳,上佳的噪声表现。
发电机解耦减振器:优化轮系内的减振器,可抑制轮系的转速波动,减少振动噪声。
凸轮组件:液压挺柱消除气门间隙,改善气门敲击;优化的轴承间隙,减小轴承噪声;优化的轴承座结构,减小受载变形。
涡轮增压器:转子动平衡控制优化;执行机构间隙控制减小敲击;废气旁通阀减振装置减小压力脉动
……
专业术语看着比较抽象,这么说吧,笔者曾试驾过的1.3T迈锐宝和GL6,怠速时无论在车头还是车内,都很难听到明显噪音,感到异常抖动。
为了确保可靠性,通用汽车第八代Ecotec小排量系列发动机通过了业内最严苛的测试,仅在中国就进行了9种发动机系统耐久性测试,累计测试里程达465万公里。此外,工程团队还在不同条件下进行了多项整车耐久性测试,经历了4500米高寒、高原、高热、高湿、高腐蚀,跨越不同地域、城市、路况,确保符合通用汽车的全球标准。
凭借着低油耗、低排放以及轻量化的优势,上汽通用的Ecotec系列发动机荣获“中国心”2018年度十佳发动机的大奖,成为引领小排量三缸发动机技术发展的标杆产品。
