6月1日起，一批新的法律法规正式实施。在驾考、公共交通和机动车管理领域，以下法规的实施，将给你的生活带来更为积极的影响。
▌小型汽车驾驶证异地分科目考试
6月1日起，公安部在推进考试成绩全国联网基础上，推行小型汽车驾驶证异地分科目考试。
据了解，申请人在审领小型汽车驾驶证（C1、C2、C5）期间，已通过部分科目考试后，因工作、学习、生活等需要居住地发生变更的，可以直接专至现居住地继续参加其它科目考试，已通过的科目考试成绩继续有效。
该政策适用于办理初次申请增加小型汽车驾驶证，且准驾车型为C类，不包括持有军队、武装警察部队、境外机动车驾驶证申请。同时，对于同一申请人，变更考试地业务仅允许办理一次。具体适用范围和注意事项见下图：

▌高速公路服务区免费安装ETC
日前，交通运输部办公厅印发《关于大力推动高速公路ETC发展应用工作的通知》，《通知》要求，全面实施ETC车载装置（OBU）免费安装，并增加安装服务网点。6月起，在高速公路服务区和具备条件的高速公路收费站出入口广场，为通行高速公路车辆开展ETC安装服务。同时，组织发行机构与银行、保险、电信运营商等服务网点以及加油站、4S店、汽车维修厂、停车场等车辆集中场所对接，就近提供一站式全流程安装服务；与街道、乡镇对接，实现城市服务到社区，农村服务到村屯。按照计划，到今年年底，各省（区、市）汽车ETC安装率将达到80%以上，通行高速公路的车辆ETC使用率达到90%以上，高速公路基本实现不停车快捷收费。
▌《报废机动车回收管理办法》正式实施，车主经济收益增加
6月1日起，新修订的《报废机动车回收管理办法》正式实施。与以往报废机动车收购价格参照废旧金属市场价格按斤买不同的是，新办法规定，报废机动车改由市场主体自主协商定价。
新政策还规定，报废机动车五大总成核心零部件可以拆解出来，出售给可以再次制造的企业，这就进一步增加了报废机动车的再利用价值和车主的经济收益。
6月1日起实施的这三项法规，涉及到驾考、交通和废旧机动车管理等范畴。从具体政策办法来看，其对人们的生活均起到了积极、便捷的作用。有网友评价说，“这些政策越来越惠民”，更有不少网友为这类便民利民的新规叫好。
