斯柯达全新两厢轿车Scala已在欧洲部分地区上市，该车目标年销量为1万辆，预计有望在未来引入国产。新车基于MQB A0平台打造，车身尺寸（除高度外）超越大众高尔夫；内饰后排还提供小桌板配置（或为中高配车型标配），动力则搭载1.0T三缸或1.5T发动机。
斯柯达近几个月在中国市场的表现并不突出，销量仅与去年相近，年内即将推出的中期改款速派和柯米克GT两款新车型预计会一定程度上刺激销量提升。近期斯柯达销量主力均为SUV产品，轿车较为一般，如若Scala能进入国内市场，将于大众高尔夫、福特福克斯等车竞争，会有益于斯柯达品牌在华销量增长。
