财政部：7月1日后，购买新能源汽车仍将免征车辆购置税

新能源汽车购买者不用着急了！南都记者从财政部最新了解到，自2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日，我国将继续对购置新能源汽车免征车辆购置税。

《中华人民共和国车辆购置税法》（下简称《车辆购置税法》）即将取代实施了18年的《车辆购置税暂行条例》，并于7月1日正式实施。对于上述车辆购置税法实施后是否会影响新能源购车优惠近日引发关注。

6月28日，财政部发布《关于继续执行的车辆购置税优惠政策的公告》，明确新能源汽车继续享受目前免征购置税的优惠政策，时间持续至2020年12月31日。

实际上，对新能源汽车的优惠政策也仍在执行期内。2017年12月，财政部、工信部、科技部、国税总局等四部门联合发布《关于免征新能源汽车车辆购置税的公告》，对购置的新能源汽车免征车辆购置税，免税时间为2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日。

《车辆购置税法》中也对此类情况作了规定：根据国民经济和社会发展的需要，国务院可以规定减征或者其他免征车辆购置税的情形，报全国人民代表大会常务委员会备案。
