爆胎的危险相信大家都很清楚了，相信厂商也知道这个问题，很多车主觉得想要从根源上解决爆胎的问题，最好的方法就是让车辆都使用防爆胎，我们都知道了难道厂商不知道吗？为什么厂商不使用防爆胎呢？
的确现在除了宝马全车系使用防爆胎以外，只有一些高端车型才使用防爆胎，但是宝马的价格大家也都知道不便宜，所以厂商不适用防爆胎的第一个原因就是——成本。
如果全车系使用防爆胎，成本自然会增加，那么增加的成本如何回收，自然是要从我们消费者口袋里收，那么车价也会上涨，对于我们消费者来说并不是一件好事。或者就是减小其他的配置，那又会被说减配没良心，所以还是不使用防爆胎比较好。
另外所谓防爆胎也不是不会爆胎，如果受到外力作用或者胎压不稳它也会出问题，不过就是可以0胎压行驶一段时间，让你找到补胎的地方，其实就是能够应个急，所以防爆胎也不是万能的。
那么我们有没有必要升级到防爆胎呢？其实没有必要，因为防爆胎的价格确实有点高，而且舒适性并不高，对于普通家庭来说并不是一个合理的选择。如果真的担心爆胎其实不如自己加装一个胎压监测，这个东西比较靠谱，能够时刻提醒车主注意胎压，并且在行驶过程中如果出现胎压不足还能警告，价格也就几百块钱比防爆胎的成本要低多了。
