车型：2010年宝马X1 E84，配置N52发动机。
行驶里程：117246km。
故障现象：客户反映每天停车一晚上可以看到车的下面有很多油。来店后技师将车辆举升起来检查，发现发动机油底壳上有机油流出（如图1所示）。检查发动机上部发现气门室盖也有渗油。

故障诊断：更换气门室盖垫和油底壳垫后，将发动机清洗干净后试车30km未发现有漏油痕迹，此时以为车辆已经维修好将车辆交给客户。客户将车子开回去第三天说早上车下面还是有很多油，车子再次进厂维修，此时技师检查了一下车辆发现发动机油底壳下面还是和上次一样有很多机油。此时技师仔细检查了一下车辆，发现油底壳垫接合处有气泡往外冒。技师以为是油底壳垫质量问题，又保修了一个油底壳垫。更换油底壳垫后，测试之前有气泡位置发现不再有气泡往外冒。此时技师再次将车辆清洗干净，外出试车30km在公司内怠速着车6个多小时后没有发现漏油，将车辆交给客户。交车后过了3天客户说又发现车下面有油。再一次将车辆开进店检查，此时技师发现油底壳上面还是有很多油。这个时候技师要求技术支持。接到车后检查确实如技师所说一样油底壳垫上有很多机油，但仔细检查发现机油是从进气侧流过来的。用手电看进气管下面果然有很多机油，可是进气管下面的机油是从什么地方漏出来的呢？让技师将进气管从车上拆下仔细检查里面漏油的痕迹（如图2所示），结果并没有发现什么异常的漏油情况，仔细检查发现发动机前端也有油迹。

从漏油的痕迹来看导致可能漏油的原因有：①气门室盖垫漏油；②机滤底座漏油；③缸盖垫漏油。这个时候让技师将漏油部位清洗干净，并涂上粉笔，将车辆安装好，试车大概试了3h左右，并未试到漏油，车子停留2h左右再次开出去急加速试车，试了30km左右发现机滤底座下面的粉笔印有轻微的湿润。
怀疑是机滤底座漏油，所以更换了一个机滤底座密封圈后再次试车没有发现漏油。因考虑此车比较特殊，第一天是在急加速时试车后出现的渗油，有可能和油压有关系，于是把机油压力传感器拔下，让机油压力进入应急模式，最大油压进行试车。当拔下机油压力传感器，马上就有机油从机滤底座下面往外漏油，而且漏油非常明显。因机滤底座密封垫已经更换，所以找了一个好的机滤底座更换上进行试车，装上后没有发现漏油，又试车试了30km左右没有发现漏油。车子在第二天早上准备交车时，启动车辆发现机滤底座下面还是有很多机油流出来。
这个时候维修陷入僵局，到底是哪里漏油呢？经过以上的维修做了几点总结：①故障只有在冷车的时候漏油（热胀冷缩）；②每次漏油只漏10s 左右就不漏了；③需要拔下机油压力传感器让压力加大才会明显漏油。经过以上总结人为将发动机冷却，拔下机油压力传感器，用内窥镜塞进机滤底座下面。这个时候启动车辆，启动起来以后用内窥镜明显能看到机油从缸盖垫内往外流，经拆下气门室盖检查时发现缸盖和缸体外部3个铝的螺栓全部断了（如图3所示），拆下缸盖后可以明显看到3 个断裂的螺丝（如图4 所示）。更换新的缸盖螺丝及缸盖垫后故障排除。

故障总结：此车刚开始来时就是上面漏油而流到发动机油底壳上的，因技师工作不仔细更换了油底壳垫导致了几次返修。最后在确定机滤底座下面漏油时，没有掌握到漏油发生的条件，所以导致了很多无用功的试车。机滤底座漏油是比较常见的，而缸盖垫漏油是比较少见的，刚好漏油的位置又是在机滤底座下面，才会导致一直以为是机滤底座漏油。
