雪铁龙公司在2019年日内瓦汽车展上首次公开亮相了一款Ami One是一款超微型车。该车宽度不到1.5米，最高时速45公里，重量不到450公斤。因此，在一些国家，它可以在没有驾驶执照的情况下驾驶。近日英国汽车网站autocar.co.uk就对这款又萌又漂亮的Ami One进行了初步评测。
该网站认为，Ami One的大小和最初的Smart Fortwo差不多。你可能会认为它可能会提供相当相似的体验。但实际上雪铁龙Ami One提供了与Smart不同的体验，而且确实是为另外一个不同的任务而设计的。
Ami One不仅仅是一款汽车，它不但探索了近期城市交通的新模式，而且也探索了所有小型城市汽车制造商面临的挑战。很快欧洲的二氧化碳和颗粒物排放标准将会更高，这些标准可能会大幅推高汽车的价格，促使用户使用电动汽车，甚至让城市的传统汽车灭绝。Ami One是对这一挑战的一个答案。
雪铁龙的营销总裁Arnaud Belloni认为，Ami One和销售方法的设计是为了吸引年轻人开车，让它更容易使用，更便宜，更方便。欧盟使用Ami One的最低年龄要求是14岁，在英国16岁以上人就可以驾驶Ami One。因此在欧盟和英国，Ami One被归类为一种四轮代步工具。
在法国，获得驾驶执照需要花费大约1000欧元，停车(如果你住在巴黎)每月需要花费100-150欧元，为一辆汽车投保大约每月50欧元，外加汽油和购买汽车本身。因此巨大的负担将让很多年轻人望而却步。而雪铁龙对Ami One的想法是，它可以通过共享汽车的方式，满足用户仅仅使用五分钟、五小时或者五天等短期需要。例如司机将通过汽车共享计划(如Zipcar)访问Ami One，而年轻人也可以通过PCP融资来购买Ami One。
保持低价格也导致了Ami One采用大量巧妙的解决方案，以削减成本。例如它的左右两侧车门是相同的，因此使用左右反向链连接。挡风玻璃和后窗下面的橙色面板、四个侧面的人字形肋梁、每个轮拱全都是公用的零件。外部标牌全部由贴纸完成。前面板是相同的，但看起来不一样，因为它们安装在不同的高度，轮拱是相同的，尾灯也是一样。车载电子设备也被削减。Ami One与智能手机的娱乐和导航系统集成在一起，智能手机的屏幕会反射到平视显示器上，司机可以通过语音控制。窗户是手动的不是电动的，折叠式顶棚也是手工操作的。
尽管这是一个低成本的追求，Ami One却有形状迷人的仪表盘，通过挡风玻璃包裹和垂直的A柱，营造出宽敞空间的感觉。这和20世纪50年代美国车的设计非常相似。所有的空间和丰富的色彩使Ami One的内部令人愉快，而且它在运行时还发出的柔和的叮当声，作为对其他道路使用者的警告。如果车辆加速还会发出刺耳的警告声。该车最高时速达到45公里，而车身五颜六色的花哨设计，也很容易让人注意到车辆的出现。
然而，雪铁龙公司却不急于生产Ami One。该公司表示将继续在Ami One上思考新型共享汽车的使用模式，研发新的车内显示系统、电力推进系统。正如雪铁龙老板琳达·杰克逊指出的那样，当“68%的世界人口将生活在城市”时，低成本的城市交通工具势在必行。这个统计数字是Ami One这个概念的关键驱动力。在Ami One的基础上，雪铁龙未来必然会及时推出类似的城市交通工具产品。
