在全球汽车销售第一的位置上，丰田和大众经常会此起彼伏，互不相让。连续多年的销量在近千万台以上，由此可以看出丰田不单单是在中国的销量不错，全球的排名当中也是属于前茅的。丰田汽车是世界上很有价值品牌价值的车企，他的汽车规模的数量和种类和利润都远远超过了日系车下面的日产和本田。

在质量方面，好像不是一直流行一句“怎么也开不坏的本田”，毕竟质量好不好，只有消费者说了算。这或许就是消费者对于本田质量过关最高的评价了吧。据了解，本田是以引擎起家的，可以说它的引擎技术在全球来说都是比较不错的，不论是油耗还是性能或者是可靠性都做到了极致。

丰田的零部件体系较比较完善，基本上大部分的零部件都能够完成自产自销。在自控上面可以做到一以贯之。之前也讲过丰田车不容易出故障的原因就是，他们一般把比较成熟完善的技术运用到车子上面。而那些比较新颖的不太成熟的技术，不会轻易的去嫁接到车上。
