上周天（7月7日），周先生驾驶自己的宝马车刚刚起步，突然车内一声巨响，结果受到惊吓的周先生连车带人撞到了墙上。
这辆宝马车副驾驶前侧的挡风玻璃破损严重，主驾、副驾、右后排车座的三个安全气囊弹出，右前车轮位置处出现破损。
而车主周先生的手臂、额头都有擦伤。
这一切都是怎么发生的？
周先生说怪就怪车上的”电子狗”，
也就是车载测速装置。
车主 周先生：“我从车库开车出来，快到车库出口的时候，电子狗突然就炸了，安全气囊就弹了出来，我就撞到了停车场的墙上。声音很大，我人下车的时候都在耳鸣。”
周先生说事发时爆炸声音很大。
一段停车场监控显示：周先生驾车从停车场负一楼上坡准备出停车场，几秒钟后，周先生拿在手里的手机，直接被震出窗外。
为什么周先生认为是”电子狗”爆炸，因为挡风玻璃出现裂痕的位置，正好摆放着”电子狗”。
车主 周先生：“我很少使用，很长时间都没用过了，玻璃这块明显就是因为爆炸产生的冲撞。”
而周先生电子狗是购车时二级经销商赠送的，对此经销商表示还得调查。
二级经销商公司负责人：“第一，我现在不知道到底是什么原因造成的事故；第二，电子狗是我们赠送给他的；第三，我们也和客户沟通过，积极配合，正在找电子狗的经销商。”
事发后，周先生报了警，4S店的工作人员也赶到了现场。
昆明宝远汽车销售服务有限公司市场总监 曾韵文：“周先生这辆车本身没有买车损险，这辆车我们现在评估下来，车辆的损失初期评估可能在八万到十二万的维修成本。”
律师认为：周先生当务之急就是，找有资质的机构调查原因并鉴定车损。
国浩律师（昆明）事务所律师 张楠婕：“维权道路上的先决条件就是首先我们要弄清楚，造成这个事故的原因是什么。例如像消费者本身主张的由于电子狗爆炸的原因，或者说是安全气囊，或者车辆本身质量的问题，我们首先要将整车和电子狗拿到相关质监部门进行质量鉴定。”
如果最终的鉴定结果与周先生怀疑的一致，那赠送电子狗的二级经销商也需要承担相应的法律责任。
国浩律师（昆明）事务所律师 张楠婕：“因为它属于一个打包销售的过程，即使是商家赠送给消费者的，也可以被认定为是商家与消费者订立的买卖合同关系中的一个部分。”
目前，周先生正准备联系质检机构进行鉴定。
