有一项交通违法行为叫做“客货混载”，就像上图！
这张图片毋庸置疑是客货混载——乘客和货物同在车厢内，在行车途中因货物的存在乘客的安全无法得到保障！
那么，日常生活中想要随车携带物品要怎么办？携带多少物品、怎样携带才是安全的呢？
按照车辆使用用途区分，车辆可分为载客汽车和载货汽车。《道路交通安全法》第四十九规定，载客汽车不得违反规定载货。根据《道路交通安全法实施条例》规定： 载客汽车除车身外部的行李架和内置的行李箱外，不得载货。载客汽车行李架载货，从车顶起高度不得超过0.5米，从地面起高速不得超过4米。 如果载客汽车违反上述规定载货则视为客货混装。
在实际工作中，交警部门对于乘车人在车内随身携带体积较小的物品，且携带物品不会对车辆和乘客安全带来影响的情况不会给予处罚。但对机动车装载大型、沉重货物和影响驾驶视线的物品等违法行会进行处理，并要求其卸货转运。
载客汽车载运货物可能导致车辆总质量、重心发生变化，进而影响车辆的转向、制动性能，且有些货物危害乘客身心健康、影响乘车环境与秩序。
近期，高速公路公安局吉林分局在开展夜查行动、集中整治和日常检查中，查处多起面包车违反规定载货的违法行为。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》规定，面包车属载客汽车不允许载货 ，违反规定的将按照“公路客运车辆以外的载客汽车违反规定载货的”处以罚款100元的处罚。

高速交警提示您:“客货混载”是非常危险的。一旦遭遇突发情况，车内货物很容易把人员压在货物下，造成不必要的伤亡。此外，车内堆满货物，会严重影响驾驶员的视野，容易引发追尾，剐蹭一类的事故。
另外面车将座位拆卸后，对车辆的年审情况将产生影响，请及时将座位恢复原样。
