对于汽车产品来说，分模的难点无非是在拐角的位置，只要能将拐角的位置处理的好，汽车模也算不了什么。那么下面我将分享一些汽车模分型面拐角位置的处理技巧。
1.将产品以X-Y平面放平，插入—派生曲线—抽取，选择产品，选择抽取轮廓曲线，将分型线抽出来
2.拐角处1的处理技巧
（1）错误的处理方式，直接以X轴拉伸出来的分型面有尖角
（2）正确的处理方式：先将坐标摆一个角度45°，然后以X轴拉伸，并用修减与延伸做拐角处理，做出来的分型面没有尖角
3.拐角处2的处理技巧
（1）先通过拉伸命令将两边分型面拉伸出来，留出拐角处2的位置
（2）桥接曲线，通过曲线做网格曲面，并约束面相切，做出来的面很光顺
4.拐角处3的处理技巧
（1）先通过拉伸命令将两边分型面拉伸出来，留出拐角处3的位置
（2）拐角处3较为平缓，可以用桥接曲面做出来，如图
5.拐角处4的处理技巧
（1）拐角处4跟拐角处1处理方式一样，如果直接拉伸会有尖角，必须先将坐标摆一个角度45°，然后以X轴拉伸
（2）用修减与延伸做拐角处理，最终得到分型面
