开车出行，本来是一件很方便的事情。然而去到一些没有停车场的地方，要找车位，就让人很头痛。尤其是当你转了几圈后，远远看到有个停车位，开近一看发现有障碍物占用了车位的时候，心情郁闷到极点。生活中，这样自私的行为随处可见，但很多时候我们都只能摇头叹气，默默继续找下一个位置。
近日，根据湖北电视台综合频道《帮女郎在行动》报道，武汉一名业主强行霸占一个车位长达两年时间。白天用杂物占着，晚上停车还不掏钱。在交警与之对话的过程中，他还叫嚣：我不欠费，没人敢处罚我。
真的是好大的口气啊，居然敢跟交警叔叔讲自己没有违规。他说他没有欠费是事实，那是因为他走了漏洞，在晚上非收费时间段，又将车开回来停了。正确来说，他两年占用一个车位，没交过费用，这种所作所为引起了民愤。幸好，交警叔叔在此次行动中，根据相关条例对他开了200元的罚单，并扣掉12分。
这个车主的行为嚣张之余也很自私，自己白天不用车位，宁愿霸占着也不给其他人用。将公共资源占为己有，当成自己的私家车位。如果大家都像他这样做，岂不是这条街外来车辆都不用停放了。如果真是这样，还有人愿意来这条街消费吗？可惜，在他眼里容不下他人的利益，满世界都是如何为自己谋求利益。
一霸占就是两年，不知道是什么原因，我们也不敢问。为何一直没人管，是不是其他人也有这样的行为，只是没有人做到如此猖狂。另一个让大家难以判断的标准是，这个占用车位的业主，同时是停车位所对应的商铺店主。
自己的车，停在自己的商铺门口，很多人都是这样做。也因为考虑到购物的需求，很多店主都会想方设法为自己的客户预留车位。但是，不管是哪种行为，如此长期霸占，侵犯了他人的利益就是不行，就应该受到严惩。
网友们纷纷表示，交警叔叔做的好，对待这种霸占公共资源、损人利己的行为，就应该重罚，扣12分也很合理。这能起到一个很好的警示作用，让其他还想如此效仿的人有所收敛。
其实除了武汉，很多地方都有这种霸占的行为。尤其是一些小村落里面，交警管辖不到的地方，他们会在自己的门口私自弄一个车位出来，让本来就不宽的道理变得更加的拥挤。而且那个车位不让其他人停，相当于强行在马路边弄了个私人车位。
也有一些属于公家的区域，也是被人故意停放了摩托车占位。这样的情况很多，而现在私家车的数量越来越多，真心希望相关部门严管这种霸占现象，让资源得到充分的利用。
资源有限，欲望无限。很多人都想给自己行个方便，但是，当这些自私的行为危害到大众利益时，就应该受到严惩。也正因为我们的资源所限，所以需要大家共同协作，发挥资源的最大价值。
