强迫症（OCD）属于焦虑障碍的一种类型，是一组以强迫思维和强迫行为为主要临床表现的神经精神疾病，其特点为有意识的强迫和反强迫并存，一些毫无意义、甚至违背自己意愿的想法或冲动反反复复侵入患者的日常生活。在生活里无处总有一些东西想要害死强迫症患者，开车就是其中之一！
一：司机强迫症 亲人两行泪
开车到红绿灯了，如果遇到的是红灯还好，因为红灯的话你没有选择，只能是停车，但是如果遇到的是绿灯的话很多车主就会考虑还剩多少秒，自己能不能过的去，但是其实你的考虑是多虑的，因为即便等你到了的时候变了灯也是黄灯，虽然闯黄灯不算是违章，但是在冬天见到黄灯最好还是马上采取制动，不要试图强行闯黄灯，会非常危险。
二：纠结的小石子儿
轮胎里卡住小石子，是一件再正常不过的事情，但是对于强迫症车主来说，只要见到轮胎里的石子，总会想方设法把石子抠掉才觉得舒服。
首先，我们要知道轮胎的那些缝隙有什么用，它可以用来排水，同时这些缝隙也可以增大摩擦力，这样说你就会明白了。如果你的轮胎卡的小石子太多而你又不经常清理的话，那么在遇到下雨天时，你的轮胎会无法及时地把轮胎的水排出去；或者过多的小石子降低了轮胎与路面之间的摩擦力，这样你在刹车的时候会增大制动距离。
那么，卡入轮胎的石头子儿要怎么弄出来呢。一般来讲，很多石头子儿都会自己飞出去，但是也有少部分比较顽固的石头子没有自己掉落，需要人工来处理。如果不想去维修点的话，车主可以自己用一些竹签子来通一通，如果还是不行，将轮胎卸掉放气之后拍打一下，石头子就很容易掉出来了。之后再将轮胎充气即可。
三：锁车狂魔的大满足
“我好像忘记我锁门了没有，我赶紧再上楼看一下”“我好像不记得我锁车门没有，不行我要回去把每个车门再拉一下”。
钥匙按完再四个门全部拉一遍，拉完再按一边钥匙… 锁车强迫症患者每次离开车都需要重复几次这套动作才能舒心。有时候明明锁好了车，甚至都已经离开远去了，然后又跑回来拉一下门把手，只为图个安心。
其实这里鬼哥可以教大家一个方法，通过一个有仪式感的动作就可以解决，比如锁车之后原地跳三下，做五个俯卧撑。经过这样有仪式感的骚操作之后一定会令你印象深刻。当然，现在有很多汽车都配备了自动锁车功能。大家不必在为此纠结。
鬼扯：以上介绍的三种开车强迫症是最常见的，当然还有加油强迫症，洗车强迫症，停车强迫症等等，这些很正常，不需要太在意，但如果是重度的强迫症的危害是很大的，因为有不由自主的思想纠缠，或刻板的礼仪或无意义的行为重复，严重影响患者注意力的集中，严重影响当事人的学习和工作，严重的可以完全丧失学习能力和工作能力，导致精神残疾。患者想摆脱，但都是以失败告终，自己无力摆脱，造成内心的极大痛苦。
